Excellent once again superb food and service lovely atmosphere at a brilliant price

We had a lovely, relaxing meal with top quality chef and excellent wine list - service was attentive and welcoming - can't fault anything !

I love this restaurant. Warm and friendly staff, very comfortable and the food is excellent with a phenomenal menu choice. You can go there and have a single pasta course or, on this occasion a full celebratory (40th anniversary) meal.

Very nice restaurant food absolutely delicious , very friendly staff, would highly recommend. Went with the family, had a very nice evening. Will most certainly return.

Brilliant food! Had a lovely free prosecco as it was a birthday celebration and a nice profiterole with a candle, can't fault any of it. Staff are very attentive, love the place!

This restaurant does the best italian food in the west lothian area - never had a bad meal or a bad experience. The staff are all lovely.

Lovely food, great atmosphere. The staff seemed to manage all their customers on a busy night effortlessly, while still being able to enjoy a bit of banter. It has an authentic Italian feel which our family really enjoys. I am sure we will be back again.

We loved the food! And we always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The staff are fantastic and very attentive. Frank in particular is very funny and makes you feel very special. Love the place.

Food quality good as always, the staff are always friendly! Only let down was our drinks order being forgotten and not coming until after we had asked and eaten our starters.

Dry and bland food, worst steak I’ve ever eaten, very expensive, would need to be free for me to even consider coming back, hugely disappointing experience garter heading good things about this place.

We have been a few times always consistently good. Pasta, Pizza, fish and meat dishes so good selection. Also had a bottle or very good Prosecco. Would recommend.

This is a fantastic independent Italian restaurant in Bellsquarry. Service and food excellent - plenty of choice and some very nice warm starters! Currently nicely decorated for Christmas.

Only been in this restaurant for a function before and so glad we came back for dinner. Set meal for £16.50 and everything was delicious. Very generous portion sizes. Will definitely return.

The meal was excellent, as was the service. As we were the only ones dining, there was a certain lack of atmosphere but that did not detract from the dining experience. We'll be back.

Excellent food and friendly and efficient service, would highly recommend to friends and family. The restaurant was very busy but the staff were very efficient and even served up dishes on request that were not on menu.

Waiter was excellent blonde female couldn't wait to get rid of us though. Daggers in eyes around 11:45. Would probably return staff should be aware that that customers do not wish to be rushed

Brilliant evening with our neighbours! Excellent service from Franco and exquisite food by Gianni. We ordered 4 different steak dishes and they were all cooked to perfection. The desserts were also super. We'll be back for more soon!

Excellent menu with great range of quality food served by friendly and helpful staff. Visited the restaurant on many occasions and always a good experience.

Well appointed inside but as a conversion from an old house above a pub it was an unusual setting . parking was easy no problems but the welcome was less than gracious from the head waiter / owner ? I was joined by a family member who had lost her husband quite recently and this was her first time into a social setting since the sad event. The chap was not rude in any way but both in tone and in his offhand manner he lacked courtesy, grace and charm, The food was average to poor the, the mushrooms were overwhelmed by the oil used , a burnt taste unpleasant at best. The chicken had an interesting sauce but could not disguise the breast was overcooked and dry as a bone. The lady who served us from the bar was a delight , gracious and friendly and I would offer my gratitude to her. I paid in cash, as I and many of my friends do at restaurants, to avoid the risk of card cloning and no reflection on the integrity of the establishment whatsoever, I did get the feeling however it was regarded as somewhat strange that I paid in this way. My overall impression was, they have a regular set of customers , who are probably served very well, as a new and casual diner feel it was an impoverished experience. I do not believe I will visit again and as a member of a small group who are regular restaurant diners I would be hard pressed to offer my recommendation to them

Good food and friendly service, however when we arrived they had not transferred the reservation onto their sheet for that day. We were a bit concerned that we would not get a table as it was busy even for a Friday night but we were given a table and had a very nice meal.
