Food good, service ok and overall a pleasant and comfortable experience. My wife had fish soup and duck and thoroughly enjoyed them. I had snails and beef and they were both very good. Creme brûlée’ was good but defeated my wife.

Worst restaurant ever!! starter was forgotten then came frozen. Duck came under cooked! Sent steak back to be cooked again and never got back! They forgot so I did not eat at all!! French manager was awful and they still charged us service!!! Will never go there ever again!! The worst place I’ve ever been to!!!

One of our favourite local restaurants - great French bistro food with a fab wine list and lovely staff who handled our strange requests (double portion of starters for a main, double size children's menu for an adult, one late joiner) brilliantly. Thank you!

Un po troppo costoso ma ottima qualita e servizo. Aggiungerei altri piatti dato che la scelta era limitata. Overall consigliato specialmente destate e seduti fuori

Great service, perfectly-pitched French style and a strong, simple menu with a good wine list.. We enjoyed attending La Bonne Heure for our wedding anniversary

Great food and service. Lovely local restaurant in a good location with pleasant vibe. We especially enjoyed the crab and leek pastry as a starter. Will recommend.

Dreadful. Service was fantastically slow. It took nearly an hour to get our starters. Staff seemed as though they couldn’t care less. Mains took ages as well. Mine came last some while after the others. Everyone was complaining. Heavens knows how they’d cope with a full restaurant. We had hopes for this restaurant but it seems they’ve just given up.

A lovely evening meeting good friends we had not seen for a while. Great food and good service. We visited on a Thursday evening and restaurant was very quiet which suited us perfectly on this occasion.

We had a very good lunch at "A la bonne heure", especially the meat who was just exceptional (it's called "la pièce du boucher"). Service very polite.

Went on a quiet Sunday evening. It has a nice bistro ambiance and as there were 5 of us we were pleased to get a round table. The staff were very friendly, and attentive, but not over so. The food was all of god quality and we were all well satisfied. It's good to find a local restaurant that does good french cuisine and is not super expensive. I plan to go again.

Great local French place. Pro at the best bread in London. Good wine and friendly staff. I’d go more often if they were just a little cheaper.

We had an excellent evening. Great food and friendly attentive staff. Two minor points: the tables for two are very close together and we drank them out of organic wine after only one bottle!

Lovely food in a quiet relaxed atmosphere. We went on a Saturday evening, it was busy but we felt under no pressure to leave or indeed wanted to.

Lovely evening out with friends. Good lively atmosphere and the food was great! My friend said his hot chocolate was one of the best he's ever had! I recommend the cafe gourmand for dessert.

A charming place with attentive staff - but not fussy. Duck was perfectly cooked and puddings to die for! The only downside was that we were a bit chilly - but didn't mention it, so couldn't expect anything to be done about it. Some complimentary extras were appreciated.

I had a fantastic lunch at Bonne Heure with my friends last Saturday. The service was superb - a delicious wine was recommended by our kind and courteous waiter after allowing us to try it. The food was outstanding - the menu had changed since I was last there and it was quite superb. Highly recommend.

Very good food and friendly service! Even the bread is warm and nice, can't help but to finish almost the whole basket. Our second time back and definitely going back for more meals!

Love this restaurant! The staff are lovely and welcoming, there is always a good selection of wine and we had an amazing chateaubriand. Plus excellent desserts to finish! High recommend : )

We love this place, especially in the summer where you can get a little taste of excellent al fresco French cuisine along with courteous service from french staff who actually know about the food! Don't go changing...

It was very good, can't wait to go back. You can choose a starter, main and dessert for a set price. The wine has a nice amount of wines to choose from, but don't forget to check the special list of wines. The service is great, the price is not too bad for the amount and quality of food.
