Kervan Kitchen - Ipswich

Food was lovely but there was no soap in the ladies toilets and when I informed a member of staff she didn’t seem interested and nothing was done about it.

Very expensive for both the food and drink service was good though

Service was only “ok” - the waiter for our table was rather abrupt, not terribly friendly. Didn’t like us asking for a jug of tap water (tried to serve an expensive bottled water) and kept trying to pour wine before glasses were empty.

We had a fantastic night, as a group of 14 guys celebrating our mates birthday. The venue and staff could not have been more welcoming. The food was absolutely superb and not one person who was disappointed. Would not hesitate to go back again.

We had a lovely meal on our first visit and it will not be the last. Delicious food, friendly and attentive waiter and lovely atmosphere. I read reviews which said the music was too loud, but we didn’t think it was. Someone had a birthday and it was lovely to see several staff joining in the celebration.

Had a lovely evening with friends. The generous portion size of food is prepared with a lot of care and presented perfectly by staff who are caring and friendly. Have never been let down by the quality or taste of food at Kervan kitchen.

What an amazing hidden gem. Our first visit but certainly not last. From the decor, the staff and the food everything was superb. Something on the extensive menu for everyone. Beautiful fresh food and were very happy to adapt their dishes for someone with quite complicated food allergies. We ll be back soon

Always a very good experience, delicious food and wonderful service.

We visited as a family for a birthday meal. The entire experience was terrific. We couldn’t fault it. If anything the main courses were too big and we couldn’t eat all of it. But everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. We shall definitely be returning.

Food was excellent but the music was too loud and made conversation difficult.

Absolutely awesome. The attentiveness of the waiting staff is unparalleled. The food… let’s just say it makes me feel things I don’t normally feel. You are transported to a different place. I feel like I’m abroad when I go here for an evening meal. Whilst it is pricey, it is a great place to be.
