The Kashmir

I was happy with my meal as I am a local and used to be a regular but my father was not that satisfied with his meal. Prawns over cooked and would like the food OFF plate so he can help himself like most dishes rather than ALL on plate. Disappointing really plus we didn’t get any discount. It’s sad as I don’t think I will be going again

Good food and excellent service. This is probably the best restaurant in town.

Although the food was very nice, the drinks were very expensive and the customer service was very poor. Comments were made about our food choice and there was a very rowdy table and they were not asked to consider other customers.

Good vibe for a Friday night. Starters and mains very tasty and extremely reasonable. Huge plus is the big bottles of Cobra. When we’re back in Cheltenham we will be back - kudos!

Wants there last Saturday night it was busy because Cheltenham races had been on. The atmosphere was good. Both my girl friend and I thought the food was vert good. But the service was awful. But saying that because the food was so good we would probably go back again.

Very nice food and friendly service. Large portions so couldn’t quite finish it all but very enjoyable thank you. Excellent plain naan one of the best I’ve had.

Great service, very friendly . Food was fantastic,plenty of flavour , spiced just how I like my curry. No lingering aftertaste. Loved the Honey Naan will definetely be having that again..

Thee best curry house in Cheltenham by far. Great place, fantastic staff and out of this world food. The menu is brilliant. Kashmir never disappoints..

Very reasonably priced food which was good value for money. Worth a visit. The staff were particularly friendly & helpful when explaining the dishes & making recommendations.

Good food and we were well looked after. 4 of us went before a theatre show and all enjoyed the food.

Food and service good. Portions not overly big which is also a good point. Had a table booked for 8:15 but had to wait 15 mins or so for our table to become free which was a little disappointing

Food was very good and service also excellent - but noisy because of large party of lads on table opposite - restaurant did move us but still fairly difficult to talk!

Restaurant was very busy but staff were totally on it, no lengthy wait for food and food was amazing! Will definitely return to The Kashmir.

Great place, had takeaway before and loved it! Reasonably priced and staff are friendly! Particularly love the keema masala curry, had it elsewhere and it doesn't compete!

2nd visit to The Kashmir for a Retirement do this time. Really enjoyed ourselves again. Food was great. Staff are wonderful. We'll be going back again.

Great, fresh food and friendly staff in nice surroundings. The Kashmir is a local favourite for many and is a great local Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant. The food is consistently good, with great flavours and not too heavy. The drinks selection is also excellent.

Food was nice but not outstanding. Atmosphere was ok - lighting was not very pleasant. Service was good. Wouldn't bother recommending - there are nicer restaurants in cheltenham for similar prices.

Awful food, card machine didn't work had to get cash. Took a long time to serve and they were not busy. The list goes on.

Another good night at The Kashmir with great food at value prices. We just love this place, staff are so friendly and helpful. You can just chill and have a quiet night eating your favourite curry. If you're not sure what to choose they will give you advice if you tell them what flavours you prefer and how hot you like it. Highly recommended

Had a lovely meal last night with friends, everyone said how good their meal was. The service was unobtrusive but very good, the restaurant has a bright and modern interior, very clean and appears to be well maintained.

Great atmosphere and service but unfortunately let down by the vegetarian Parthia that had no substitute for the lack of chicken yet still the same price. Practically eating Curry sauce and rice!
