Amazing food, lovely staff, well priced. Favourite Chinese in London!
Excellent Sichuan food and great service. Definitely one of the best northern Chinese I’ve tried in London.
Such brilliant food - love coming here - friendly too and justifiably popular.
Massive menu but the attentive waiter advised us to view two pages as we were newby's. Food came hot and randomly and was served with some haste. Generally good food if a bit over spiced. No offer of a top up of tea and had to ask for more napkins. Would go back.
Great food. Interesting menu. Fish flavoured aubergine was amazing. Recommended
Tasty sichuanese food, large portions that were excellent for sharing, great value for money
Excellent portion sizes, amazing variety and depth of flavour. You could come back 20 times and not plumb the full depth of the menu.
Lovely restaurant when we went it was nice and quiet, food was delicious as well
Food was good but service was terrible - missed our order so had to chase them up twice. Also had to chase them twice for the bill.
Terrible chaotic service, if quite amusing. Constant supply of dishes for other tables. A lot of shouting and banging of the nearby service hatch from the staff. Didn't spoil the fun though. Large portions, good range of delicious food. Decent decor and buzz in the restaurant. I will return.
Was clearly a busy night but food was slow and undercooked. Disappointing given the reviews we had heard.
Awfulllllll! Kaki overbooked and the restaurant was full of the people who reserved for the table but couldn’t get a table. Our New Year’s Eve dinner was ruined and they don’t even have plan B and resolutions.
Great Chinese food and excellent value. Definitely worth a visit
The food is amazing and authentic. The only thing letting it down was we had to wait a long time for it to arrive. There was a big party of about 30 who apparently put their order in just before us, so we had to wait about an hour. We were 5 minutes away from walking out. They need to get more staff if they’re full , but the food was worth the wait. And a great experience.
I love this restaurant and the food is fantastic. However on this occasion we were sat upstairs- it was very cold and there was a draft. The food took very long to arrive (over 40mins) and some dishes were cold. Despite not so great visit this time, I will be returning and recommending this place as dishes are excellent and generous.
Lunch time was very quiet but I can imagine it gets busy in the evening. the food is absolutely amazing and we will definitely be going back.
To start with the whole staff could not have been nicer. Steven-our waiter also help by suggesting to lower the volume of the music. He was also very kind in all his interactions with us. The food was delicious. We started with the egg, corn and chicken soup. It was the first time in a long time that the corn did not taste metallic. Most Chinese restaurants serve this using corn from a can. I had the scallops and glass noodles. They were scrumptious. My wife and I shared the vegetable fried rice. It was a generous portion and tasted really good. I finished with the spicy prawn dish. Steven was concerned for me about how spicy it was. I loved it. For dessert I had the custard Bao. It was also very good. I will definitely come here at least once every time we are in London. By the way I saw and almost ordered the squirrel fish. It looked amazing.
Delicious & impressive; recommend the sea bass especially; friendly & helpful staff
Food was cooked fresh, from 3 different regions, Helianjiang, Shanghai and Sichuan. All tasted as they should. Service was excellent.
Great menu, tasty dishes, spicy and hot flavours, thank you
Staff were friendly but there was a bit of misunderstanding related to the BYOB aspect of the menu. The food portions were huge and there are a lot of options to choose from.
Complimenti.... posto molto particolare.... cibo perfetto... e personale molto gentile.... consigliatissimo!!!
This was out first visit to the restaurant as a party of 3. Had lovely lunch and the service was very quick and efficient. Thank you
Delicious food and terrific value. The broccoli and garlic was lovely!
Friendly service- accommodated our late arrival - great food - didn't enjoy one of the choices but food generally was vibrant and cost very reasonable
Sorry, very disappointed with the food I ordered since the frog legs and the spicy fish are their specials, and it ended up with a strong unpleasant fishy stink.
Really friendly staff and great atmosphere. The food was fantastic. I will definitely return with lots of people.
Lovely staff who really knew their stuff - They were obviously very passionate about the food that they serve. Food was delicious! Only thing I would say is that the lighting was very bright - softer lighting would have been nicer.
Food was great a bit salty however if you let them know it can be changed to your taste.
The food was nice, and arrived promptly, would go back
Order was mixed up and item forgotten, egg fried rice was not good at all , dumpling tasteless, the rest was good. The restaurant closes at 11pm but we felt kicked out a 10pm when they started mopping the floor..kinda of rude.
Really great food and nice atmosphere! We’ve already been here few times and will keep coming back
It was a perfect dinner, we couldn't have loved it more!
Food is excellent! Service was a bit strange - more than an hour passed between starters and main courses despite it being ordered at the same time.
as always amazing food. and great to take away too.
Nice spicy chinese food. Went with two non-chinese colleagues (italian and british). both love it.
not standard expected. food was poor. will definitely not repeat
Lots of choice on the menu, almost too much! Tasty food and reasonably priced
The owner was a bit aggressive and the food was slightly cold when it came out but other than that it was fantastic .
The food is genuinely incredible!! The most authentic Chinese food I’ve had outside of China. HOWEVER, we were seated outside... and I had a large, insanely bright flood light shining in my face, which stopped me from being able to see properly. It was not a pleasant experience at all... they need to get rid of those flood lights and put some soft, ambient lighting out there so the customers can actually relax. Seriously! .
Food and location were really lovely. We especially liked the fish flavoured aubergine.
Nice environment and friendly staff. Nice food as well. Various regional Chinese food.
Very busy night but staffs were patient and humor. Definitely nice food. Best Chinese restaurant in the area🙂
Great service and atmosphere. Food was spicy but extremely tasty.
Amazing food, lovely staff and generous portions. One of the best Chinese spots in London!
Friendly and Great service. The food was delicious and will definitely return.
Great food with a large menu and pleasant service, would definitely recommend
The most amazing meal we’ve had in a long time. Thank you!!
very nice good and atmosphere, good value for money.
Good level of spice, but a little too much oil used.
