We’ve been coming here as a family quite regularly and the food/service is always amazing. The sausage baguette with onions is the food highlight of my week.

Lovely bistro, busy with a great atmosphere. Very clean and the service was good. Ordered lunch which was very lovely indeed and came quickly, all cooked fresh and served hot. Plenty of choice. The bistro is licenced so we good also enjoy a cold one too!

Another superb meal at Joshua Tree. It's nice to have such a great choice from light snacks to hearty meals and the added bonus of a brunch menu on Saturdays.

The food at the Joshua tree was outstanding. I asked for something I'd had before (couldn't find it on the menu) and they said they'd changed the menu but could cook it for me. It was delicious. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great.

Excellent service, lovely staff. if there was any noise, it was from our 7 month old! The building is quirky and very old. Food was fresh, well prepared and presented and good value. And our table won two prizes in the charity raffle! All in all a memorable experience

Lovely food. Reasonable price. We had the Saturday menu. Plenty to choose from including very appetising vegetarian options. The guinea fowl and duck legs were amazing with brilliant sides.

Went early prior to a concert, quiet and quaint. Good menu choice and excellent food. Service attentive but not intrusive. Will go back when in Kendal for morning afternoon or evening meals/refreshment. One downside choice of ciders and beer, Magners as the only none alcopop cider is not impressive!
