Our first time here and we were not disappointed, the ambience was wonderful, the staff were attentive a fabulous selection of drinks and well the food was amazing and plentiful. We were asked if would like a break between starters and mains which was appreciated! We booked our table for 20:30 we had to wait till around 21:00 but that was fine as we had drinks and our orders taken! We chose a set meal omg it was amazing, the waiter asked me if there was something wrong with one of the dishes , definitely not it was just I’m not a lover of lamb but he said I could of changed it for something else! We will be back very soon , thankyou for a wonderful evening! Kind regards!

Wonderful licensed Indian restaurant, and as always, exceptional food and service. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself is very clean and is enjoyable whether dining out as a large group, family or even as a couple. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Great atmosphere with a good choice of fantastic food. Staff are friendly and attentive. I always have a good night at The Jaipur Cottage whether I go as a couple or part of a big group.

Great little restaurant in the heart of Clent. A nice friendly welcome and shown to table immediately with no waiting. Meal was delicious and served promptly. Will be returning again.

Bland and stale food. Poor parking. Felt like I was in someones small house and not sure of the procedure . Not for me, but, opinions differ.

Very good thank you; the only slight thing was one of the diners had a very hot chilli in his food and struggled to eat the dish further after eating the chilli; this was after the dish was delivered late, almost seeming like the order had been forgotten.

Visit this restaurant more than any other in the area now as the food is consistently of a high standard and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Never fails to disappoint.

We had an excellent curry at the Jaipur Cottage. As always, the pickles with our poppadoms were delightful. For mains we had a tasty chicken Madras and vegetable chilli garlic.

Booked for Sunday lunch buffet after a visit to the movie theatre - as always made to feel very welcome, excellent food, wonderful service, competitive price. We have been customers for 15 years, sort of says it all doesn't it!

All rather poor really, hadn’t been there for 15 years, now we remember why, quick service, food mediocre, the whole thing just quite disjointed, members of staff struggling with basic conversation.

Needs a,makeover..the decor was from the 1980's. Service not the best from certain staff. Food was good but not large portions. Would not visit again.

The food is consistently good. I especially love the the quaint quirky venue in the heart of the Clent hills and the really friendly staff.

A hidden gem. We ordered Chicken Jalfrezi and boiled rice. The food was delicious and piping hot. Full of spices and depth of flavour. Fantastic Service. Authentic Indian food. Enjoyed it !!

Can’t compliment the staff enough, friendly, hard working, happy staff. The food was amazing, will definitely going be going again. Homely, cosy setting and was even given a fresh rose whilst asking for the bill.

We have used this restaurant before and we really enjoyed it so decided to take family for a curry. My husband asked the waiter what meat the staff curry was and he replied ‘chicken’ The starters came out and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The main courses then came out and my husband started eating his curry and realised the chicken was on the bone which he doesn’t like as doesn’t like meat on the bone but we wasn’t informed of this when we asked the waiter. At the end of the meal I asked the waiter if it stated in menu that the chicken was on the bone to which he said yes staff curry is always on the bone and made out that we should have known that, however we did explain that we do not use the restaurant enough to know that. The waiter who took our order then came over and said he had told us it was on the bone and we didn’t listen.....we explained he didn’t say on the bone even though he kept insisting he did say it. The customer service and attitude was not the best and due to this we will not be using this restaurant again, a shame really as we really enjoyed it.

The food was nice however rude staff. Threw my card and receipt, didn’t even say thank you, I will not be going back there .

A great find, food was excellent service excellent, need I say more? I lovely place with a great atmosphere. we were made to feel very welcome and we will be returning this weekend.

Pre-booked a table on a busy Saturday evening and was seated promptly. Service was impeccable, as was the food. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having eaten at many Indian restaurants, you definitely get what you pay for. A little more expensive than most, but definitely worth it, which is why we keep returning!

Lovely location fantastic food great service but coffee could be better they need a machine that will make lattes capucinos etc but apart from that very good.

My partner and I had to wait 10 minutes after arriving at this place and already booked a table. We had to order our meal in the waiting area as the waiter was not sure which table to give us as somebody else normally books the table they was going to sit us at. The room was cold where we sat and the meal itself was nothing special just the standard chicken balti and a starter. I wanted somewhere different to our usual place. The Jaipur cottage is 20 minutes from where we live and won't be coming back here in a hurry. There was much parking space either, luckily we managed to create a space.

Absolutely faultless as usual,food 10/10,highly recommended,we have used this restaurant for the last 20 years and have never been disappointed.

A very friendly place with good ambience and excellent Indian / Bangladeshi food. Visited on Saturday night - I had Tandoori king prawn bhuna which was delicious.

Based in a lovely tranquil village. The food is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. We have been before but took our friends on this visit who will also visit again. Highly recommended.
