Good food, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Second time we’ve been there and it was as good the first time too
Wonderful Italian in the heart of London . Specials are always good …. Good wine specials as well . Highly recommend. Service is friendly… always with a smile. My go to Italian in London.
We were a group of five. Pasta was very good and staff efficient.
The restaurant was recommended to me by a friend, it didn’t disappoint. I made a rather predictable choice for my main course, meat lasagne, it was very tasty. We will definitely be returning.
My wife and I arrived a little early for our pre theatre booking but the table was ready so we were shown to it. Our order was taken after a while by an indifferent waitress. Our starters arrived quite quickly and were pretty good. The ciabatta with oil and vinegar was nice as well as the avocado salad. The main courses arrived before our plates were taken and only a few minutes after finishing the starters so we felt a bit rushed. But then we had to wait quite a while before our dessert order was taken, longer than it took us to eat the first two courses! However the tiramisu was very good. It then took around 20 minutes after asking for the bill to be able to pay. Overall, decent food but so so service.
Wow. Authentic Italian, remarkably tasty and great value. Wine assortment is modest but complementary to the dishes. I would return as often as I could if I did not live in New Jersey. Damn ocean.
A very pleasant experience with good food and service. We will return asap. Can highly recommend
Friendly, attentive staff. Delicious homemade pasta with seafood. Authentic restaurant with a good vibe!
Been many times Never fails food and service impeccable.will be back
Food not as good as last visit 2 years ago, standard dropping. Very tight tables and very noisy. Pleasant staff and good prices but overall a little disappointed
Authentic family restaurant. We keep trying new dishes and saying, that's the best X I've ever had! Wonderful experience!
Easy to book, table was waiting for us. A good, traditional menu, with plenty of choice. We would go back.
We booked a table for 4 for a pre show meal. Restaurant was warm and welcoming. There is a wide choice of menu options and daily specials. Very friendly staff. Minestrone soup starter was excellent. Main meal of calves liver served with vegetables was very tasty. Home made Tiramisu completed a lovely meal. No rush for us to leave all in all a great experience.
My second visit to this restaurant. Lovely ambience and the food is amazing and not expensive by London standards
Lovely clean restaurant. Friendly smiling staff. Polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic at reasonable prices. First class. I will be returning in the near future. Highly recommended .
A return visit to this little gem. Unpretentious, no frills- just good food in a good location. Just what you need after a day in London and perfect for pre-theatre dining.
This is our favourite London restaurant when we visit the city. It is very popular and it is a good idea to reserve your table through Quandoo in advance .
Great service. Delicious food. Generous portions. Good value for money.
Staff are amazing we always come here as part of our theatre trip. Love the menu with a lot to offer and service is the best. Staff always have a smile on their faces and helpful
An all around excellent restaurant! Staff are wonderful and the food is incredible. Huge portions too!
The visit was fine. we had theatre tickets and came to this resturant before the show. The service and the atmosphere was fine. The restaurant was buzzing and people were coming in. The service was just out of this world and the food was delicious as thou I was in Italy. I will definately go back again.
The food was very good but service very poor. People who came in after us were served before and ran out of time for dessert due to delays.
Beautiful good, well presented & the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend it.
Lovely Italian restaurant best pasta I have tasted in a long time
Good but not as it was 1 year ago, much more delicious with proseco and white wine of much better quality
Fantastic authentic food. Friendly staff and great value for London
Fab restaurant to go in between theatre shows. Good food ..
Lovely food , and wine. Excellent service. Just a lovely Restaurent. Thank you
The staff found us a table with a smile and did everything to make us feel welcome. The food and drink was lovely and the prices excellent for that part of London. It had a family vibe. We will be back
Fantastic lasagna and ambience but make a reservation as it gets very busy
Food as lovely as always and staff always kind to the lady I look after. Please try and you will be going back for more
Food is always excellent at this family run restaurant. Perfect for a pre or post theatre visit
Great food, ideal for pre-theatre meal as only a couple of doors away from the Prince Edward theatre.
service and ambiance were fantastic1. Everyone loved their food:) A solid choice:)
Good food and helpful staff. Excellent atmosphere even though it was a small restaurant.
I love this restaurant. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is always amazing. Definitely recommend this restaurant. I have been coming here for quite a few years and it never disappoints.
Good choice on the menu, lovely pizzas and pasta dishes, good service
A wonderful little Italian gem right in Soho. Dedicated and very helpful staff, excellent service, fabulous food, real authentic Italian taste. Can highly recommend and we'll definitely be going back many, many times !!
A favourite restaurant of ours on particularly good form today
Food and service was very good menu varied very pleased
Delicious food and lovely service. It was good to be in a family-run independent restaurant.
Very good food and relaxing place not bad price tasty
Tablecloths and linen napkins set the scene for this delightfully small Italian restaurant, serving traditional Italian dishes, just set back from Charing Cross Road. Book your table or prepare to be disappointed
This place is old school classic Italian The highlight is the great food , friendly staff and good location Highly recommend
Super Italian family restaurant. Friendly, attentive owners. Delicious food. My seafood spaghetti was full of clams, prawns and muscles - possibly the best I’ve eaten. I just wish we had longer to spend there as we had to catch a show.
Good experience, service & food. Would happily return on next theatre trip.
Not very welcoming, pizza ok, I expected the lasagne to be beefy, tomato sauce, but it wasn't, it was mild tasting, creamy. 'Homemade tiramisu was ok, no taste of masala and not much coffee flavour. 'Homemade' creme caramel was very poor.....rubbery, far too much set and devoid of flavour, what made it worse, it cost £9 !!
Top, vriendelijke en snelle bediening en zeer lekkere pasta en lasagne!
Lovely food, great prices, will be back to visit again
Busy little restaurant with great food, friendly staff and a menu that offers plenty of choice.
