The staff worked swiftly and attentively pulled together as a team very polite and informative. The food was delicious and devine mocktail was sharp but refreshing. Our experience was really good if not amazing. Puddings and desserts is a must I trust and believe you could make it work when you’re ready xxx

Food was great. Love how you scan and order so you can take your time to order. Food tastes great and love the music. Staff are also friendly.

We went along with no high expectations as we thought the seafood might be over cooked, but we were very impressed as this was not the case. The seafood was cooked just right. The marinated food was very tasty. We thought it was also very reasonably priced and will come again.

Absolutely amazing staff. Was late due to train delay and they did everything they could to accommodate us when we got there. Food was great no complaints at all!!!!!

Loved it all, food was amazing, service was quick and friendly, just the music, a tad too loud for my liking, made it hard to hear the stuff and dinner companion. All in all, a great experience though.

Incredibly busy food took an hour from when we ordered, several items missing from the boil bag as not available and replaced with “free chips” no refunds offered

Was sat immediately, however the order took over an hour to arrive. We had to ask when the food was predicted to arrive. Food was lovely once it did arrive and despite timing issues, would recommend. Just know you have to chill.

Food came out boiling hot and flavours were nice would eat again! Service was good and waiter polite

The crab and prawn dish was plentiful and also potatoes and 2 sweetcorn, excellent value for money, had the classic sauce wonderful flavor. The Mac n Cheese to die for 10 out of 10. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere too.

Wednesday was my first experience at Hot 'n' Juicy Shrimp - Dulwich. Before i closed the door my host josh was so welcoming and friendly. Josh and NinaRose made me feel like a VIP guest with how attentive they were to me. The seafood boil was the best one i had in south. the seafood was so fresh and delicious. lets not forget the cocktails yummy. overall best first impression 10✨✨✨✨✨I will definitely be returning. Thank You Josh, NinaRose and the rest of the staff you guys were incredible with your customer service. Great Food paired with Great Customer service equals Fantastic Experience ✨✨✨✨✨

The food was to die for !! Best seafood boil I’ve ever had, the drinks were amazing . Definitely go again. The service from staff was fantastic made to feel very welcome and comfortable straight away. Made sure we wasn’t cold. Loved the atmosphere of the place, has a little twist to the drink being Caribbean style. Definitely worth going

Me and my partner wanted to come for ages and it did not disappoint. Amazing flavours and good portion sizes (would suggest upgrading the sausages). Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Overall a nice evening, staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the orders was wrong, it was amended quite quick and we enjoyed the food.

We loved it, amazing food staff were so lovey. A young lady called Paris served us and she was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely will be going again.

I must say what an amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere a beautiful energy and great food. The boil was really good and the oysters were fresh. Every member of staff had a smile and I would recommend this restaurant to any person looking to try a seafood boil. 10/10 every which way… thank you guys 🙏🏿

The food was great but waiting time is about 45 minutes for a seafood bowl (I went around 5pm on a Saturday). Would go again! The noise and atmosphere rating are based on me being an introvert.

The visit was good, just the communication barrier was a problem, not being able to contact the restaurant over the phone was the only issue that I had. I will definitely be coming back as I was so satisfied with the food.

My food took very long to come I had ordered 2 calamari’s and only one came out… instead of another being made and then bought out, the staff just stood and went back and forth with each other about where the other calamari went. I ended up waiting for almost half an hour for my starter. We ordered chicken wings they were meant to be lemon something flavour and it had no taste what so ever it just tasted fried. I had baby squids in my calamari and I also had rings of calamari the sizes were inconsistent I’m not sure if this is normal but it seemed as though they threw in random parts of the squid in and cooked it. I have never had calamari served like this. When staff were asked about food times they said they would ask and find out 3 staff said this and never came back with any info. The sea food boil was okay they have large portions it’s very filling but I picked hot flavour but it tasted regular. Overall the people are nice but communication between staff needs to improve so they can give customers correct information.

It was a great experience. The waiting time not too bad considering. The staff are great. The food was delicious. The only thing I would say is the food would be better served in a bowl not eating from bag. I don’t buy into that concept.

A particular staff was rude. The orders was wrong still awaiting refund.

Waited 32 minutes to get an answer when I realised I was going to be late. Staff are very friendly and make you feel special. Delicious food and cocktails are well prepared and presented. John the receptionist makes the whole experience worthwhile!

It was lovely , the jumbo prawns are hugeee and bar men and staff in general were very helpful and attentive . Would highly recommend. Only comment is the dining chairs were a little hard so not as comfortable but then again i am pregnant so lol maybe it’s the extra weight. However everything was excellent.

I drove from Essex to visit this restaurant in South London. I was a bit underwhelmed though. The journey wasn't worth it for me. It felt almost like a takeaway interior for me. I also found out that seafood boil is overrated. The crab was just crab legs so no meat. The lobster tail was nothing to write home about. It was the end of the tail and didn't look fresh. I also don't understand the concept of serving food in a bag. I find it distasteful, it's not a flex. Things are already messy enough because we're going to tuck in with fingers. Then at least serve the food in a big bowl or something. The only positive was that there was a lot of prawns in the serving. Maybe 16. All in all, I won't be doing seafood boil anytime soon.

I've asked for mild sauce so that I could share with my daughter but it was actually quite hot so couldn't really enjoy my mania seafood bag unfortunately. Staff was nice and friendly.

The staff were friendly and amazing customer service , the food was the dogs bullocks , the music was on point ! Thank you guys for a lovely evening ❤️will deffo be back !

Food was tasty but cold, booked a table but was still sat down late, ordering food was okay, asked a few times for things and it wasnt brought over!

Nice restaurant with tasty food & good service! The only downside was the lemon pepper wings 😔 They are not nice! Besides that everything was delicious and I recommend going! 😋

The staff were lovely so we didn’t have the heart to complain and we had to pay before we ate so there was no point in saying we were unhappy. Sadly the food wasn’t very good at all, the prawns were mushy and the sauce was not very nice, food wasn’t particularly hot, the bowls the food was served in had huge chips in which I think is a real health and safety issue. We wouldn’t return and feel like we wasted £100 on lunch.

First time dining. We had a warm welcome on entry and shown to our seats shortly after where the ordering process via the QR code was explained. Food ordering online via the app was a little slow due to low network coverage but food came quickly after and we were not disappointed. We had two different seafood boils, one with the 2 lobster tails and the other with the crab claws and prawns. We both enjoyed the classic sauce more than the garlic one. It was all well cooked, prepared and presented. We were given gloves, aprons, and cutlery as well as utensils for the lobster. Had a blue cocktail which was very nice. Space was small so seating was intimate but general atmosphere was nice and the staff were very friendly helpful and nice.

Food is delicious.😋 great music. Recommend to roll your sleeves up before eating 😂

The changes to the deposit refund is the only thing negative compared to our first visit when the deposit was deducted from the bill. Otherwise everything was excellent. Thanks

I couldnt fault the restaurant in any way. Evina was amazing too. The food was perfect!
