Very accommodating as we arrived late. Lovely chilled atmosphere and the fish was cooked perfectly. Would definitely visit again.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The seafood boil was juicy, full of flavour and has a little spice kick which was welcome. Overall a lovely experience, would definitely return when u have a bigger budget.

The food was immaculate, staff were so polite and helpful however it was quite loud and i was put next to the door and it was quite cold however they had a heater on and the atmosphere was super nice.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady at the door, we were shown to our seats & then left. A couple next to us were seated shortly after & given an explanation of how you order, the specials, & a full run down whereas we were told nothing. Going by what we overheard from the couple next to us we started our order by scanning the QR code on the table, which we had issues doing, put the order through & realised you had to pay at the same time via card or Apple Pay. I had cash which I had specifically taken out for the meal. The food came which wasn’t piping hot but it was ok, I then had to ask for Napkins & gloves but the couple next to us were given the napkins & gloves & told to put their shells in the bucket which will be emptied when staff see it’s full. It was the same staff member doing both tables so why such different service. The reason for our visit was for my birthday (14th Feb) & I can honestly say I won’t be going back.

We had great time here! The seafood boil was very tasty though the lobster tails were a bit underwhelming. Shrimps and crab were good. We waited 30m for our order which could be ok given it was the Valentine’s Day. But still a bit too long. Might return again!

Absolutely loved it! Seasoned to perfection and great portion size. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Hot n Juicy Shrimp gives you good music r’’b vibes and great food- you can add extras to you seafood boil… my fourth time here and it never disappoints because the quality of the food is always the same.

The employees were really friendly and lovely. I would 100% recommend going to dine here. And if your someone like me who likes to eat alone, then your covered they make sure u are still catered to and not forgotten about

I was a bit annoyed that I wasn't able to have the special as when I made the reservation it never said I have to order before 6.30pm. My son enjoyed his first boil.

Happy hour was absolutely value for money, keep it regular.

The king prawns served were not king prawns. They were mediocre small prawns. I’ve been here several times before and was disappointed at how small the prawns were.

Overall food is tasty! however the customer service or shall I say the lack of customer service along with being rushed I found very uncomfortable. Being given 1:30 mins on a table to order an eat is too little time. I believe you should be given at least 2 hours. With at least 30 mins gap between bookings. So you are not having to rush to finish your food like I did. Also being told you have 30 mins and the 10 mins left and then being hoovered over is not a nice dinning experience. Certainly should be looked at.

Seafood boil lacked Seasoning very bland. Internet connection very bad so took long for my order to go through. Not enough staff to waiter in the restaurant which meant my group bookings food came out late waited nearly 20mins for the main. Definitely needs improvement.

Waiting time for the food was awful the kids especially was very upset as we waiting 40 mins for them to get their order

I attended yesterday to celebrate my partners birthday (11Jan25) This was his first visit (I have visited several times before), we were blown away by our server (so sorry forgot her name, she was a gorgeous 18 year old girl) she was very attentive and always happy to help with a smile on her face. Of course food was great , as we're drinks! Partner was very happy with his experience and wants to come back soon. Would be great if there were deals from time to time or sign up newsletter for customers where special dates/discounts are shared via email too.

I booked a table for 9:30pm, as soon as I got in I felt the rush. Placed my order, which was quickly brought to my table (in a rush still). This was cold, corn was saggy and overcooked, even to I aske for the sauce separately, seafood boiled itself had no flavour (disappointed cause I was looking forward for my first experience). I only had 5 small boiled potatoes in comparison of the sea boiled. The Crap barely had meat (literally ate crap she’ll). On the other side, service felt rushed at all times. One of the ladies started swiping the floor next table where I was sitting whilst I was eating (so rude). Ordered a coke w/ ice & slice of lemon, the lady barely finished bringing what I ordered, she brings the card machine for me to pay my coke (found this extremely rude and low class towards your customers) because me as a customer I’ll not come to a restaurant if I can’t afford it lol. Overall; Service: 3/10 Food: 4/10 Is this restaurant overrated?: Absolutely Will I come back?: No, there’s way better seafood boil restaurants in London with better service.

This is the second time I have eaten food from Hot n Juicy. The first time was from Bethnal Green, but this time wanted to dine in at Dulwich. Was well worth the 2 and a half hour drive. The seafood 🍤 🦞 was delicious.

The portion wasn’t as advertised, it was too small for a “Jumbo”. But no one can deny the fact that it was extremely delicious.

Brought my partner here as she likes sea food and for her bday she fully enjoyed the food and staff was excellent

Very relaxing, staff had the most amazing customer friendly attitude. Food was perfect, except medium spice was way too hot for me, but having it changed to mild was not a problem for staff. Thank you.

1st time visiting the place with my sisters and Neice and we all enjoyed every bit of it, from the atmosphere, to the service, to the food, it was truly brilliant.
