Really poor experience, the waitress didn’t listen to our order, we ordered are starters and mains however all the food came at once, we asked for fries with our burgers however these were forgotten and arrived later, the food was ok, it was very greasy but nothing you would rave about. We had to ask the waitress to clear the plates from the table twice which eventually did happen. Then when the bill arrived they tried to put a 12.5% automatic tip on top, THIS IS NOT AMERICA

Overall, the service was good. The fries were pretty good and beers cool. Only the chicken wings were over cook too dry and dark.

Everything was great the service the food, until a drunk customer decided as he was leaving he was gonna take my food with him, fortunately my reactions were faster than his. We didn't allow it to dampen out mood

Food was very satisfactory, service was very polite and accommodating. Wait time was little long considering a small order. Maybe more choice on the menu...

Once again great service first time I have brought my dad along and he also enjoyed it . I know there is sometimes a stigma attached to places like this but I can hands down say after trying most other places of similar cuisine that hooters is consistently good and have have been coming to this one for over 15 years. Table service is always quick and efficient with a genuine smile . Food is always consistent and hot . Brilliant place well worth a visit if you’re in the area .

Service was excellent. Food was OK but too salty for my taste unfortunately, I only ate half my starter (jalapeños) as a result. The main was still very salty but just bearable.

Very disappointing start with a long wait to be greeted and shown to our table, then even longer waiting for just a drinks order and then even longer for food. An hour after we had arrived we still had not received any food. The waitress apologised for all the delays and after our first course arrived the service was impeccable after that

Order was wrong, missed a complete meal from the order. Meant we couldn’t enjoy the meal and someone had to wait whilst everyone else ate. It wasn’t even that busy!

Great time at Hooters last night for the England game. The manager was great with us letting us sit in the booth as requested and the staff all worked their socks off. Very polite and friendly group of girls. Thank you

It was very busy so we had to wait over an hour for the food and when it came it was cold

Food expensive for what we had. Wish we was told that burgers didn't have fries. £11.99 for 1 burger (no salad) and a tiny pot of coleslaw is to over priced. Ended up with loads of fries we had to pay for we didn't eat. On a plus side staff was pleasant and welcoming.

A really busy event day. With Man U v Man City playing and Fans for the take that tour. That didn’t stop the fab service we received by our server , she was fab so quick polite and attentive . The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Thanks for a great afternoon we will be back

Service slow (understandable as busy) no football on tv despite numerous requests to turn rugby off by many tables. Ended up leaving to watch football. Meh, probably won’t return anytime soon

Enjoyed the food, since my last visit the restaurant have introduced 12.5% service charge. In the past I always tipped more but now feel that I don't have to.

Staff super friendly and helpful, food was fantastic highly recommend.
