Food was horrendous staff wasn’t well mannered very disappointed wouldn’t recommend

Hooters nottingingham is always amazing and the service is always first class

We generally love hooters food and decided to bring the kids with us - 6&2. We were shown in to our table and ordered absolutely fine. Our food then came and I asked for a separate plate for our youngest to try and reduce his plate size. Just before we left I went to the toilets and noticed kids menus on the side table with other menus. When I asked why we weren't offered this I just got a unbothered apology. We were seen by 3 different staff members including the lady that took our order and not a single one offered or even mentioned a kids menu as our kids our evidently young enough to need one. The price is obviously half the price too and just feel very disappointed and clearly not kid friendly at all.

Realise that Monday is probably your busiest day but thought you may have been understaffed as service was a little hit and miss

Another fantastic evening at this venue! The staff are so kind and helpful and the food is to die for! Also, great value if you like big portions! It was very noisy to the Nottingham Forest game, so if you don't want noise, best to check if there's a match on! When the match started, the place was a lot quieter and there were plenty of screens to watch it on! Watch out for the automatic service charge. The staff do earn it, though! Looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing food, fantastic atmosphere! We went to before going to the Nottingham Forest game, we had a wonderful meal, the staff were so lovely.

Unlimited wings were OK. Takea a while to get anyone to refill you and service and food quality loads better on a non unlimited day though.

Staff, food, choice, environment were all amazing. Only tiny criticism would be the ambient temperature was bit cold, however it was only 4 degrees outside so not complaining.

Had to go up to the front to order as sat there for 10 minutes without anyone coming by. Basically was troubling them by existing

Server (Heather?) had good knowledge of the cocktails and was able to recommend some good choices. Never had to wait to order drinks or anything extra from the menu as they always seemed to be there when you wanted and the food was tons better than what was served at my firm's Xmas party the night before - maybe we should have gone here instead :-)

The service was unbelievably slow took 40 minutes between wings and we didn’t get severed for 45 minutes after first sitting at our table. Won’t be returning.

Me and few friends come 4/5 times a year, probably the worst food we have had this time, had some Daytona beach wings normally a favourite, but tasted flavourless, fatty and were also fairly cold.
