My typical Friday lunch time visit on a Wednesday, Heather was her normal fabulous waitress self, quick service, keylime & ice cream excellent visit.

Quality wings and waiters. Would recommend to everyone wanting some grub.

Food and atmosphere were great, good service, bit noisy, but not a complaint as it was on a Forest match day so totally expected. If you’re not a football fan be careful the dates that you book.

Shrimp was a bit soggy needed more frying. However, all the staff were friendly and attentitive. The wings are amazing! Hot sauce is not bad too, just a bit tangy rather than hot. Overall good experience. Would definitely come back for the wings!

Visited on a quiet Tuesday evening (barely double figures of customers), service was average, food was good as always, noise levels were quiet. had run out of vanilla ice cream (really, just poor re-stocking imho).

On a quiet Thursday lunchtime, it was an easy afternoon fro Helen & Heather who were the charming waitresses serving me, back to usual good standard.

I arrived with clients at the booked time. We Shown to our table swiftly and after the drinks order was taken they also arrived quickly. Apart from the that it wasnt good. All of us went for the chicken wings and a plate of sliders was also ordered. When the chicken was brought to the table it went downhill soon after....it was vile . They Looked like they had been cooked yesterday,reheated and tossed through some sauce. After starting to eat one of my party realised that they had a funny smell also....like it was off. When we queried this with the waitress we were told "they do sometimes smell" as she walked off without even taking this matter to the chef or manager. When she came back to take another order of wings we told her we wouldn't be ordering anymore and asked for the bill...again no apology or explanation. I've recieved a text off 1 of the others saying they'd been I'll in the night too....not good .Our bill came to just under £100 and I sit here now writing this feeling like I've been robbed. Will never visit it here again.....awful

Not many people in Hooters on a Wednesday evening and the speed of service was as quick and delightful as always. But dessert was a total loss, ice cream had gone soft / not available, get a grip.

This was my first ever visit, I took my sons dad for Father’s Day and so glad I did! Food was outstanding and the girls were very friendly and service was fast! Will be returning

This restaurant need updating. Front more like a school canteen then a hooter. Staff were friendly however we had numerous errors with our order. Service was so fast that the waitresses just dropped the food and went without checking f we need anything. Overall very disappointed

Excruciatingly bad service this visit : we literally got shown to a table, were left there for 10 mins without a drinks order or anything (I actually had to go and get a waitress). The food itself was not up to the usual standards - we don’t expect much from going to Hooters but this visit simply was a disappointment.

Went with my hubby n baby boy to Hooters ordered r drinks omg the pink gin was divine ordered nachos for our starters they were amazing n obviously the chicken wings for our main they were delicious our waitress libby was so helpful I will defo be going back soon for the nachos n gin haha

Got forgotten about with just our second plate of wings. Sat for around 25mins waiting for them, while everyone around us was getting served. Eventually a member or staff came and said have you not got them yet. When they came I explained that I don’t actually feel hungry anymore. She spoke to the manager and they offered discount. I ate just a few wings off the plate and so did my friend. We sat there not eating we had cleaned our hands and finished our drinks when a staff member asked if we wanted to order anymore wings. To which we replied with no we are done. So she left. Assuming she was collecting the receipt, we were left there another 15mins or so with no bill when all we wanted to do was leave. We eventually had to collar another staff member and ask for the bill. Poor customer service and staff attitude wasn’t great. I understand maybe it was under staffed but there was never really a sincere apology and the experience just got worse. Who goes for unlimited wings and eats hardly anything?
