Great food, great beer and great service (thank you Heather)

Great service as always cant wait to come back again

I drove over an hour with my 2 boys to visit Hooters and just felt the whole experience was a bit of a let down.

Great evening thanks - we will be returning very soon

Staff very friendly. Did as I asked and had balloons and a song for the birthday boy. Had a brilliant time

Service at first was great. We had reserved a table in advance, was seated straight away and got to choose seats where best suited us! Our order was taken in great time, we wasnt rushed and we was given more time if needed. We then waited a little while for our food to come, then when it did come it was cold! Like it had been cooked but left waiting for a while. We was also missing a meal (burger) Waitress was happy to tell the kitchen. We also told the waitress our food was cold, she was more then happy to get sort it to which the whole order was made again. We still waited ages for the burger to which in the end we cancelled as we had been waiting so long! We was offered a free round a drinks and obviously the burger was taken off the bill. If I'm being totally honest the meals weren't great either. I defiantly wont be returning or recommending to a friend. When we looked over the kitchen staff where just hanging around and not doing much. My partner and myself have both worked in the food industry and we certainly wasnt happy with the service today but we arent one to kick up a massive fuss. Staff knew they has messed up somewhere. Personally I would of offered a discount.

After ordering food and drinkswith no problem we had too wait ages to get our second drink waiter was in no hurry to serve us .

Turned up early and decided to have a drink at the bar. Took 15 minutes to get served. Once our table was ready we where shown to it by a waiteress who seemed happy enough, however we where not asked if we wanted drinks. Over half an hour later, just as we where about to leave someone finally came to take our order. The food was not great, the chips cheese and gravy where edible but cold the chicken wings did not taste fresh and the hot wings where not hot. To top it all off all of us where ill the next day and while we cannot explicitly say the food was to blame this is the only common denominator. All in all a poor experience and we will be in no rush to return.

Personal there only one waiter that's works harder her name is Molly and she always there for her customers

Food was great with good customer service, booked a table a little earlier then normal so food was popping hot and fast service

The staff was rude and upset me and my fiancée we felt like we couldn’t eat after the staff was moody and looked like she couldn't be bothered

Visited on a Friday afternoon, not busy, waited be show to a table, originally ignored by a waitress, but fortunately a friendly one arrive and all good as usual, Key lime pie was great.

Lovely food as always quick and friendly staff defiantly be coming back

Took my 14 year old Grandson at his request. We were very well looked after both my your reception staff and our waitress. Food could have been warmer and was to my taste a tad salty ,but that could be a generational thing. Overall a good visit. Grandson rated it 6-7 out of 10 but then Hardrock Café in London only got 7-8 out of 10. Thanks for looking after us.

Xmas team meeting at Hooters always a good night, too much to drink, plenty of food with excellent charming service.

Visited for some drinks and to see the Waitresses in Xmas attire for a change, all very festive and a good feeling atmosphere

Had to wait nearly 1 hour for food.. the chilli and cheese bowl was cold, and then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the rest of our food. We had to ask for the manager to come over to speak with us .overall very unpleasant - we go to America all the time - the service very poor compared to America

After work meal before Cinema, not too busy so the waitress was extremely efficient and food was serviced quickly and it was tasty.

We've been to hooters many times, but it's been about maybe 8 months since our last visit. The boneless chicken portions have reduced in size, quality and taste different to before, and the sauce accompaniments also seem to have changed in quality and taste. Sad to say we won't be returning. It would have been the lowest face scoring if it hadn't been for how pleasant the waitresses still are.
