Excellent Friday afternoon visit, delightful service as it was a slow day for the waitresses, who were all very chatty, good pie.

We had a terrible evening here. Firstly we had to wait 30 mins for our table. Once we were sat down the place was seriously under staffed for what seems the busiest day of the week? It took far too long for our wings to come out. The 2nd basket much have took 30 mins and they were as good as we hoped. Once it got less busy we were seen to more often but at that time we had enough of the waiting and wanted the bill. When the bill arrived we were charged double and question it to which the waitress said it was right. It got sorted in the end but took time to actually pay as the waitress was cleaning tables . All In all a terrible experience

Customer service was awful we waited twenty minutes for someone to clear our plates our waitress blamed things on a girl being new which I think is disgusting! We asked for coffee and if it was to go and the waitress told us they are not worth paying for and never home them to us. I payed £50 for our meal that was nice but I was never offered a drink when mine was empty and the girls serving were to worried about talking to the tables of men rather than myself (female) and my friend (female) we had to ask another waitress to clear out table after pudding and it took fifteen minutes to get our bill. Considering we travelled and hour and a half for this sad experience that you call customer service is appalling

Booked a table for 6, arrived with 3 chairs. Took 30mins to obtain the other three. The table next to us had the same issue & pressurised us into giving them ours. Other customers were asked to leave (well managed) due to their behaviour. All ordered food - very good. Beer range was excellent. My friend (50th) was suitably made a fool of, all to our great delight.

Constant waiting around. They sat us down 30 mins after our time and only had a table for 6 when i booked for 8.

Chaos traffic to get to Hooters currently, but Neeve & Heather made the visit worth while, quick service of food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere

Great Food at reasonable prices. Only down side of restaurant is tends to be very noisy when busy.

Food tasted really good, venue is nice but very slow service and the place was full of drunk people shouting by 5pm. Went to the toilet and a paraletic man fell into me then started on me, wouldn't go again.

Our server didn't seem too bothered with our order and didn't offer different options when we asked questions. She didn't bring any silverware and was gone before we noticed, not returning until we had finished. The Hooters Chicken Strip Cheese Sandwich, sauce was bland (Daytona sauce) and the bread was soggy on arrival. Curly fries were not curly demonstrating the cheapness of the product and the cheese sauce that came with them was warmed and served in the plastic container it is stored in. The chicken wings are not whole wings as I have been served in every other Hooters I have visited worldwide. The atmosphere was of a pub with TV's on every wall and the local football playing. This resulted in the place being filled with male football fans and we felt very uncomfortable and stared at as we walked to our table, as if they had never seen girls in there before. It should not be described as a restaurant as it is clearly a pub that serves food. All in all the worst Hooters I have ever visited and I would not go again, there are many more eateries that are better in every respect.

The food was lovely the waitress was very nice and polite had my little grandson with us and she looked after him. The waitress was called Neeve.

Got put near the bar so kept getting knocked whist trying to eat due to people standing. Good wings and service though.

Brought the kids and had a great day out. You should advertise more kid friendly days cause I think a lot of people don't take kids cause they think its not appropriate. if you want my kids for a photoshoot with all the Hooters girls that would be fine as long as I get a copy cause I think that would be a reight good photo.

Good food but expensive considering the service offerred. Lots of waitresses but they only seemed interested in there tip and talking to there mates.

A lady called Jess was our waitress, she was amazing to say the least, brilliant customer service. We are regulars to the restaurant and more experienced staff were standing around singing and dancing and Jess was cleaning tables waiting on us and others. Really did a wonderful Job.

Food was very good. Service a little slow. No talk from waitress untill I was paying my bill.
