Loud, very loud in fact. Food was decent and service was good. Burgers a bit dry, probably wouldn't sell them if they are all like that, stick with chicken :)

I called prior to our visit as my wife is cealiac, it was confirmed that they had GF menu inc wings. Once seated we was handed a gf menu which had a disclaimer that nothing could be guaranteed GF. We was told the wings were gf but cooked in the same fryer, and they could do fries as in a separate fryer. I decided to risk the wings as I’d been really looking forward to them. However we were seated in front of the kitchen and after starting my food I noticed the kitchen staff and how the food was being prepared, I stopped eating as i knew the cross contamination was gonna be ridiculous. As if that wasn’t enough, I visited the ladies before We left and 2 toilets were dirty and no loo roll, the 3rd stall was also dirty, floor wet and grubby but the loo roll inside the dispenser was damp (large roll of paper, inside a plastic case???). I would not recommend this restaurant to GF or non-GF alike. Only thing I would say our server was lovely and served us quickly.

Staff were very good at handling a very busy shift, didn't catch the name of the waitress that served us but she was great.

Service was very good,although two of our party ordered a sausage sandwich and the rolls turned up with one sausage inside

Table booked for 7.30pm, waited for a age then was sat down at 8pm. Was then told starters would be over a hours wait. Waste of time

Poor. Very slow service, drinks failed to arrive, reminded twice. Food served with no plates or cutlery, part food arrived 15 mins after other food, drink service so slow we left

A busy sporting day in the city. Criminally understaffed. The poor waitresses were burning holes in the shoes. Non stop and couldn't keep up. The kitchen did a great job but food was sitting out too long leaving it go cold because they didn't have the waiting staff available. Felt sorry for them all. 1 hour 30 wait for food.

Ordered food…. For the waitress to come back 45 mins later and ask what we had ordered and it would be another hour. So cancelled. Not enough staff

The venue was okay and our server was lovely but the Burger I ordered was horrible. Not one bit juicy & tasty but dry tasteless including the bacon. Very disappointing : (

The girls were so lovely! And all so beautiful! Always wanted to know what the experience was at Hooters and the girls made sure we were looked after and happy! Portion sizes for food were huge and such great value for money! The atmosphere was wild but also chill! Chefs did a great job and overall a great experience!
