I will never eat at this place again ! 👎🏻
The evening was very good, the food was excellent and the service was also good
really disappointing. will not return. terrible service, they gave us the wrong food repeatedly and did not bring the drinks we ordered.
The waitress didn’t give us the table we wanted - we were 3 and she said she wants to keep it free for a bigger party. By the time we left she gave the table to 3 people, very disappointing. We didn’t know how the BBQ worked and nobody felt like telling us even when we asked for it. The meat was very fat, low quality and drained in sauce, so you would not recognize. Also the place was dirty. One of the worst experiences ever. Then they just add a service charge of 10% on the bill, for what? No service at all. Do not recommend.
It was great hygienic and quick on time. I really did love the food it was all fresh.
Sehr, sehr gutes Essen, vor allem das sashimi ist wirklich super. Personal ist auch sehr nett. Immer wieder gerne, wenn wir in London sind.
Food was amazing but a shame on the service which let us down. When I booked a reservation, I requested to be seated in a nice area as we were celebrating a birthday. We were place near the toilet right near the middle. When my friends came, the staff were telling them to take a seat while some of us was sitting upstairs by our table. We were moved 3 times to a different table as the grill was not working. None of the staff helped us bring over our drinks over to the next table. When we asked if a staff could take a photo of us, she said no and walked off. However, we did not pay for the service charge but apart from that it didn't spoiled our day and we all enjoyed the food..
Food was nothing special at all, service was poor, no atmosphere and overall very disappointed.
Amazing place, would go again. Didn't get any names of the waiters but they were amazing!

Good rash food and good selection of different dishes . Decent portion sizes
