Best steak that I have had in a long time

Very good steak 🥩 not so good salad 🥗 and very good service

Friendly staff but seriously overbooked restaurant causing queues and waits for clearing table refills of drinks etc. food was fantastic and for this reason we would go back but on a midweek not weekend

They like to send you offers abd vouchers but speak to you as though you're a problem if you want to use them. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable using my birthday voucher. Not friendly, no happy birthday, no apology for the fact they messed up the voucher, just an awkward conversation that left kd feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable despite them honouring the voucher after questioning me

chaotic, staff rushing around, Undercooked steak , missed courses from Autumn menu. They had taken too many walk-ins so there was a long queue in the middle of the restaurant.

We ordered your signature steak Tomahawk, but table is too small for two people. I spilled my wine glass and almost felled off. Other than that all is excellent.

The food was OK, though I would have preferred a grilled chicken breast instead of the breaded and fried chicken I received. My wife's minute steak was fine. My son's chicken burger was again breaded and fried chicken, somewhat overcooked at the thinner end. Accompaniments were somewhat lacking.l, though the chips were good. It could have been a better experience, with slow service and a noisy environment.

Absolutely lovely experience. Friendly, efficient staff, everything timed to perfection. Food was amazing, service amazing. Absolutely no faults found. Excellent experience for service and food. Will definitely be coming again.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. It was very busy, which made it quite noisy but the atmosphere was nice. The tables were quite close together which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Food was delicious.

Food, service and atmosphere were all great. The only reason for a very small downgrade was due to my second course not being served after my starter but this is a minor point. Good value for money due to current offers and I would definitely visit again. In particular, all the staff were very attentive, engaging and friendly

The whole experience was very good. We were trying the place out in order to find an nice place to eat for those special occasions and also to take some friends - this is the place. Very good food, responsive polite service. We have already booked to go back.

Food really excellent but not cheap. Drink prices also quite expensive. Restaurant was very busy so was noisy, and tables are close together. For the price we paid for the food would have expected proper linen napkins not paper ones.

Sat down at 7.30pm got starter at 8.00pm and main at 9.05pm.

Main meal was an hour after ordering, starters took 45 mins to come and was cold. An apology was made due to the printer not working but tables who ordered before and after us left the restaurant before we had finished. Despite all of this there was still a service charge added. Over priced for the quality of service and quality of food.

Food was served quickly and was simply incredible! Came out hot, fresh and tasty. Waitress wasn’t very interested in us but the other waiting staff more than made up for her lack of personality.

Very slow service, took over 2 half hours. Food was OK, but not great.

First time goin last night for are 10th wedding anniversary as we couldn't get in are normal place and what amazing food staff and place we will be retuning

Fantastic first experience. I have dietary requirements and I was rest assured immediately that I would be looked after. The ambiance, service, food were all amazing. Definitely will return. Good variety of bar drinks, and the selection of wines very good. The whole team were courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

Such a lovely visit to the Farnham branch, very attentive front of house staff, manager was lovely also. Steak was incredible, and the onion rings were the best i’ve ever had! Couldn’t fault them!
