Heaven's Kitchen - Farnham

I was slightly annoyed as I was given £30 to use for my birthday. And no where in the email did I see that it couldn't be used in conjunction with another deal. My partner wanted to order the £25.00pp Chateaubriand for himself and pay the £50.00 and i wanted to order from the normal menu a Sirloin and use my voucher but they said no as it was two different deals. So this was slightly frustrating and my partner ended up just having a burger as he wanted me to be able to use my birthday voucher.

Booked Saturday 15th Feb, had booked for 730 but were called to tell us they were doing double sittings can we move to 8pm. When we turned up we had to wait in a line leaving the restaurant eventually tabled at 835pm but the wait was annoying. Food was spot on.

As always amazing food and great service. Calamari was my fav this time 🥰

The atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was delicious and the service excellent. Food and drinks served in a timely manor by friendly attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful experience.

Booked a table for 8pm. It was so busy didn't get seated until. 8.45. Left to stand in the narrow walkway. Eventually given a complimentary glass of bubbles. Staff were very friendly. Once seated we had nearly finished our starters before our drinks arrived. Starter and main were delicious. In my view they booked far to many covers. My daughter was to tired by the time our mains arrived that she didn't want it and barely touched. In short not the most enjoyable experience for a first time visit, after so many great reviews from friends.

Service was brilliant, food was amazing aswell as the atmosphere, the music in parts of the restaurant was a bit loud however the staff were happy to move us when we expressed that to them. Overall excellent experience would recommend.

Said on the app was 2 for 1 on cocktails charge full price. Service is always 5 star! Preferred the original calamari to the new one, no need to change what’s already great.

Dined alone. Always made to feel welcome by Rigels and staff. Good vibe in the place when I arrived and got busier as the evening went. Plenty staff and service was good. I greedily had two fillet steaks - both were very good, cooked well and nice with or without sauce. Sorbet for pudding, light and refreshing. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to heavens kitchen and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. Food was great, service was spot on and I would definitely recommend. The two for Tuesdays offer is amazing too!

Steak was excellent and cooked just about exactly as requested. Fries were not great, felt like they had been cooked in a batch and weren’t cooked to order. I appreciate that you can upgrade the fries, but the standard offering should be top notch at a restaurant like this. We were asked three times if our meal was ok. It is great that the restaurant have this level of care. Prices are reasonable

Dined alone. Took advantage of the 2-4-1 and had two fillet steaks all to myself. One with sauce and the other without. Without the sauce, tried like this for the first time, was amazing and the taste of the quality meat shone through. Good friendly service and altogether a most pleasant late lunch. Thanks.

Enjoyed Asahi lager, awesome fillet steak and tiramisu. Decent value. Sadly couldn’t do the 2-4-1 as was on own and £ 20 off voucher for January can only be used when with two or more! Penalised for being a solo attendee!

Meal with Myself and my Father for 2 for 1 Tuesday. Both enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Outstanding food, all cooked to perfection. All the staff were brilliant and best service I’ve received for many years. Sadly let down by very noisy fowl mouthed guests on the table next to us making us have to shout to each other in order to have any form of conversation. Tables need to be better spaced and ours being on the way to the kitchen and toilets, we had constant traffic brushing past us. Food & Service 5*, atmosphere 0.

I had nachos for my started. It came with no guacamole or sour cream. When mentioned it to the waiter he just said “ we ran out”. My mushroom risotto which should have wild mushroom, according to the description on the menu, only had bottom mushrooms in. My partner enjoyed his dinner tho.

Hair in the gravy my chicken wasn't cooked. Had to eat separately from my family waiting for them to cook another chicken. Used a £10 off voucher and then got questioned as we left as to why it was 10 short. We have eaten here many times before and we all noticed the standard of food was nowhere near how it was in the past. For 25 quid per head, I would expect more than 2 small roast potatoes. Disappointed by how the hair in the food was handled... didn't seem bothered in the slightest. £3.50 for a lime and soda... absolutely disgusting. Should be closed down in my opinion. It was empty in there on a Sunday..Just shows how bad it is

The food was espectacular! Much better than what I expected

We both ordered the leg of lamb but are convinced it was shoulder as it was very fatty and tough. It came in chunks as they obviously could not carve into slices. The food arrived lovely and hot but became cold almost immediately as the temperature in the restaurant was not very warm. The staff and service were both excellent as usual though.

The whole experience was great. The service was great. The cost seems slightly expensive, but the quality of food is amazing, therefore you only get what you pay for. Would always fo back and recommend to friends and family.

Adequate, service was acceptable however we were the only table. Scallops were small and lacked seasoning, tomahawk steak was acceptable for the discounted Thursday price. Cheers
