Hawksmoor - Spitalfields

Amazing steak, great atmosphere and excellent service. Expensive but worth it.

Cocktails, food, sides, desserts… everything was just heaven on earth! Seriously you can come to London and don’t eat there! Mind blowing!

Although I found it a bit expensive (appreciate London is always more!), the food was OUTSTANDING. Wine was overpriced, but hey, it was a treat. The venue is relaxing and not noisy. The food presentation isn’t over the top, keeping it simple focuses on the steaks we ordered. Can thoroughly recommend the Chateaubriand, dripping chips and the spinach. Pineapple pudding was excellent, the chocolate tart was mediocre.

The service the food and atmosphere were amazing! We had cast iron steak, hake, and chicken. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert!

Your staff really saved my evening. Came to the restaurant late and upset for personal reasons. Your staff were so lovely, filling my water so I could get a hold of myself. Explained the menu clearly for me and recommended a lovely side dish. At the end I was given a few chocolates by one on your colleges (I am ashamed I can’t remember her name, a pretty blond lady in a green blouse) and it was so touching. Really turned my night from a 3/10 to a 7.5/10. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Steak delicious. Overall v expensive. £170 for two for steak, mac & cheese to share, cheapest bottle of red, and dessert to share plus coffees. But would go again. Service excellent.

Harry and the team were incredible! We had had a pretty lousy day, so by the time we turned up for dinner we were ready for it. The server kindly brought us a glass of champagne on the house, which really put a smile on our faces. Everything from the food to the wine was incredible, and all accompanied by brilliant service. The best Hawksmoor by a mile! Bravo!

We have visited Hawksmoore for our company's Holiday dinner. It was a great experience overall, our servers were polite and patient and the food was amazing! We enjoyed a variety of dishes, but we would like to have some more vegetarian options available to accomodate our vegetarian colleague.
