And because the only acceptable time to eat a salad is while waiting for your steak to cook, its no wonder you'll find some great salads as a starter. We recommend the Guaca Caesar Salad with Lettuce, classic caesar dressing, croutons and italian hard cheese with chunky avocado pieces, optional topped with grilled chicken breast. Sounds good right? From Gambas Habanero, King prawns pan fried in Habanero chilli, garlic butter and fresh lime juice, to crispybreaded Mozzarella dippers, golden on the outside and got and gooey on the inside, served with homemade salsa. After finishing the appetizers you can finally enter the main event, what a difficult decision. You'll get through it together, thanks to the helpful staff. 12OZ Sirloin Steak with a skewer of grilled spicy king prawns served with a jacket potatoe and coleslaw, or Guaca Burger with lettuce, tomatoes and gherkins with fresh avocado, red onion and swiss topped are served here to give you a little sample.
