Bengal Cocktail Sizzler
Selection of traditional starters: sheek kebab, chicken and lamb tikka, samosa, onion bhaji, pakora served with salad, mint sauce & fresh lemon. Serves 2 people
Onion Bhaji (v)
Crisp onions moulded into a sphere mesh, then fried in a coating of gram flour batter until golden brown.
Sheek Kebab
The traditional mince lamb with the distinct flavours of fresh herbs and aromatic spices.
Tandoori Chicken
Half of a tender spring chicken marinated then skewered and roasted in the tandoori clay oven.
Chicken/Lamb Tikka
Tender pieces of chicken breast fillets/lamb cubes marinated with finely selected herbs and spices then grilled in the tandoori clay oven until golden.
Keema Bengol
Minced lamb cooked with garlic, green peppers, peas & fresh coriander in a spicy sauce.
