Extensive variety on their menu, especially for someone like me that had a problem with lactose. Most Italia menues are full of cream and cheese. This one isn’t and has many things I can eat. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Fantastic quality service, very personal, everyone made to feel special. Superb as always. Thank you.

Tout est parfait, le personnel est attentionné, les plats sont excellents. Les pâtes al dente, les escalopes milanaises délicieuses, la panure fondante et surtout tout est servi bien chaud sauf les glaces maisons bien sûr mais qu'il ne faut pas manquer. Bref, un vrai restaurant italien à Bristol.

We so enjoyed our pre theatre meal. The choices for gluten and dairy free options were brilliant and when asking for options for quick service the waiter explained which items on the menu would work for us. I would recommend the Moulles Mariniere and the Lamb chops with salad. The house wine is always an excellent choice too.

In my opinion the best Italian restaurant in Bristol. From the minute you enter to the time you leave the experience is there to be savoured.

Guiseppe's is hidden up some steep steps, off Baldwin Street in Bristol (although there is an easier way to get in from St Nicholas Street). It has been around for a long time, which tells you something about the standard of the food and service. There are always interesting and tasty fish specials and a good selection of wine. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The red wine glasses are amazing.

Excellent family run Restaurant, all of our meals were first class and cooked fresh unlike some well known National Chain Italian Restaurants. We could not fault it and will definitely visit again when we are in Bristol.

The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The quality of food never fails to impress and is always served in a quick and cheerful manner.

Basic, bland food. Hardly a warm and friendly approach from staff - felt rushed to order. When trying to use a discount card, they claimed not to accept despite their details being quite clearly on the website.

Extremely warm welcome, made to feel very comfortable. Food was lovely and didn't have a long wait. Only criticism would be that none of the mains came with anything so we all had to order sides which then meant it ended up quite expensive.

Made a reservation here for myself and my wife for our 4th anniversary and the place was perfect. The food and wine was incredible, choosing a main from the fresh fish choices on the specials board. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, just everything made this a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

Great restaurant. Lovely food. Exceptional​ all service. This is our second visit to Gusieppi's. On each occasion the food is superb traditional Italian food. The lunchtime menu is fantastic value.

Always love going here. It is definitely a hidden gem! My friends and I went for a works night gathering and they are all very friendly and make a nice effort to make sure everything is ok with the food. All home made so if you don't like and ingredient you don't have to have it added.

Wonderful Italian food, great atmosphere and good service. We went for pre-theatre dinner so couldn't stay as long as we would have liked but we're already planning our next visit when we'll ensure we have plenty of time.
