We had a lovely time at Georges this evening, the food was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely book again to enjoy a nice evening in the future.

Lovely relaxed Sunday brunch with grandparents! Most of the party had the George's breakfast which was fantastic. Eggs Benedict was nicely presented and a good portion. We'll be back again.

We went for an evening meal and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We had simple fish and chips and it was excellent, the food was hot, the batter was crisp and tasty and the dessert (banana and chocolate with ice cream) was just fantastic! Excellent food, lovely setting and great service!

Friendly staff, steak was nice but came with fries--expected something homemade for the price! Good atmosphere and nice decor but slightly on the pricey side- ok for occasions!

went for a friend's birthday and she received a free cocktail which was a nice touch. food was great. I had chorizo peices which were cooked to perfection :)

We had an excellent meal at Georges, the atmosphere was perfect and the staff were fantastic also. We could not of asked for better a better meal and I am sure we will be going back again soon.

It is a very busy restaurant, but despite of that the service was very good. There is a good selection of food which is delicious.

It was terrific night. The food was superb and the ambience excellent. The staff were ALLvery attentive. Very efficient and made our meal more enjoyable.

Great food and wine but didn't like tables for two all around the walls. it meant I was looking at the wall and on my right hand side was a floor to ceiling support. Some tables for 2 in the center would be great. Expected to be helped on with my coat when leaving but to no avail, manager carried on doing his own thing even thought he was right by me.

Brilliant service yet again, food was fantastic, staff are brilliant and the atmosphere is lovely and really makes you feel very welcome and like you want to stay and or come back to the restraint. Great work keep it up guys : )

Nothing was too much for the staff from phoning with special requirements for one member of our party to giving us our coats at the end of the night. The food was good so too was the atmosphere. Our waitress, Felicity, met us at the door and remained with us throughout our visit She was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all.

Christmas menu was great there was alot to choose from and got into the christmas mood. Myself and my friends received good service throughout our evening.

we cannot fault anything about our evening at George's. We went for my birthday 🎂. I was only in five minutes and given a free birthday cocktail 🍸 which was wonderful. The ambience was perfect and the food 🍴 amazing. A fantastic birthday treat. Compliments to the chef. We will be back.

Delicious, fresh, well prepared, fantastically presented food. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable. We love to dine at George's and it is well worth the drive from stockport.

The Sunday Menu has a good choice, the beef was superb and the quality of the food and service was excellent and I'd certainly go there again.

Outstanding food ( oysters and fillet steak ) and fabulous friendly service. Not to mention superb cocktails ( Passion fruit and chilli mojitos a particular favourite). Plus 25% off On a Tuesday which was a pleasant surprise. Will we be back ? Absolutely
