As is always the case when I come to this restaurant, the food was brilliant, the atmosphere excellent, and the service was at the same high standard as I’ve come to expect..

The staff who welcomed us were very pleasant. The waiter was efficient and helpful. Where we sat was rather dark but was more than made up by the fact that the food was excellent.The Chateaubriand was perfect!! Brilliant atmsosphere. The steaks were fantastic. All great food and service. And the prices indicated the quality of the food. No problem there. BUT, they could have asked before added a 12.50% gratuity to the bill which is over the top.

Great food. Place looks fantastic, the staff were attentitive without being overbearing and again the food was amazing.

Although the waitress was lovely she did get a few things wrong , not getting a pint instead getting half , having to ask several times for a drink . We also found the starters pricey especially for their size would of expected more for your money

As two parents who rarely get out, we came down to Manchester for a kid free night. Booked a table at Gaucho, in the car on the way down, and soooo pleased we did! We were looked after wonderfully; from the great front of house staff, the bar tender who recommended and gave us samples of Malbec to try with our dinner, to the staff in the restaurant itself - who were friendly and knowledgeable. The food - tuna ceviche / scallops, rib eye steak and asparagus, was absolutely delicious. We would not have changed anything and are really pleased we came!

Went on Groupon voucher, Mother’s Day gift. We had chateaubriand for two with desert and glass of fizz! From first entering, we were greeted with a smile by receptionist. We ordered a drink whilst we were waiting to be seated. We had booked for 4.30 on Wed afternoon and there were very few people dining so not much atmosphere. Food was beautiful, service outstanding, we left around 6.45, very impressed and have bought ourselves another Groupon voucher so we can repeat the experience again. Would highly recommend, from the beautiful building/ decor to food/staff, all exceptional

Service and staff were excellent and great atmosphere. For a steak restaurant though, the steak wasn't that good, it was OK at best. Overall not best value for the money.

Amazing food, drink and service. Only down side we were not told about the Electro Brunch event being on. Live DJ was incredibly loud for a restaurant.

There isn't anything they don't know about steak! Fantastic food and service as usual! Very accommodating to your needs! Also really enjoyed the scallops starter with chorizo and black pudding!
