We love Fredericks. Been lots of times, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food is always delicious. Had the early doors offer and was excellent value. Highly recommend.

Pre ordered , starter came out which was a shared platter . With in seconds of finishing the starter are main course came out. It was like man verses food. Staff were lovely but I would say it was a lot of there first days

Food and service were excellent.. just having to go online to get menu, was unsure off, but understand the reasoning why, overall great though.

Food was lovely but clearly understaffed for the evening they had.

Food was great and service was quick and efficient. They contacted me for my order prior to the visit.

Anytime we asked for a menu they told us to use our phone to look it up then walked away. We had to ore order food and pay for it 4 hours in advance. Food was ok. Terrible restaurant experience

First place we have been too post lockdown and I have to say the distancing and things they have in place are great and we felt completely at ease. Also lovely food!

Food was fantastic and staff were lovely too. Very clean. Only one problem no visors or masks worn by staff when serving food and a couple sat next to us where less than 2 metres with no screen to protect us

Meals and drinks ordered prior to arrival all exceptionally good. All staff followed the social distancing guidelines and the way the seating was arranged left us feeling safe allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our meals. Could not fault anything at all

Booked for a birthday celebration. Couldn’t have had a worse table, right by the door, slamming after anyone came in or left and freezing cold. No one actually greeted us or asked if there were any additions to the pre-order, like bread etc. Had to go to the bar a few times to get servers attention. Everyone was happy with food. It was hot and everyone got meals together which was a plus. Just felt like we had been stuck out of the way and didn’t really have any personal attention. Servers were nice enough but a bit clueless when asking questions. Been there done it, won’t be back.

We were taken care of as soon as we arrived. The service was excellent and staff were very friendly. The food was beautiful and nice and hot.

Great restaurant , plenty of tables well laid out and stylishly designed seating areas. Food was very good, Tapas options bigger than usual so ended up over ordering. But food was beautiful.
