Had a lovely Christmas Dinner & pudding for my husbands birthday.

Food was good.....service was good, waitresses were all attentive, polite and helpful 😃 Unfortunately the dining area was cold ... when we enquired about this we were told the heating was broken...)which happens) but nothing temporary had been set up...and as the other dining area was full we couldn't move ... I ended up wearing my coat for the entire evening....and went to the bathroom on a couple of occasions in order to wash my hands in warm water!! Bit of a shame really as we didn't fully enjoy the occasion...

Starter was poor and over enthusiastic staff on the night

Reseraunt wasn't busy but with only 2 staff the female member still made us feel as if she didn't really have time for us. The experience was cafee service but with resteruant prices. Foodwise 3 of the mains were nice, unfortunately the lamb in the curry was full of fat and very tough meet pretty much inedible.

Food was good, but it took 1.5 hours to arrive, even though we had pre-ordered. Very disappointing, considering it was our anniversary dinner and we were only given an apology once the waiter came to tell us that our food would be next.

Fabulous food, all tables spaced apart and clean surroundings (covid aware) staff friendly and also professional. The meat and fish platters will leave you feeling full and satisfied.

Had dinner at Fredericks on Saturday night. Following COVID protocols for table spacing etc but restaurant still felt busy & had a good atmosphere. Lots of choice on the menu (which you pre-ordered before arrival), friendly service and the food was tasty.
