Highly recommended! Amazing food and great ambience. Top spot for oriental cuisine.
Very good restaurant, visited twice and we are coming back for sure after lockdown.
It was quiet noise I was expecting for a relax peacefull sat dinner 🥘 food was nice but we didn’t get table on first floor whc was quiet dispointing 🥺
Great service. Great food. Very happy with staff. Thank you
Food, service, atmosphere are excellent! My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Feng Shang Princess. Come and try this resto. I highly recommend it!
Really good location and food. The seafood was excellent. Definitely recommend
Lovely food in a stunning setting. The staff were very helpful.
Excellent food and service. I was back there after a while and everything has improve!! Highly recommended. Many thanks!!
A very special outing as it was my father's 98th birthday. The staff were wonderful with my elderly parents who both have mobility problems. Everything was a delight crowned by a lovely complimentary birthday surprise dessert for my dad at the end of the meal.
It was okay, shame staff tried to rush us and walk over when we didn’t even need help. Put a lot of pressure on us when we wanted to just enjoy a birthday meal out. If you close at 2:30 don’t allow people to book for 2:15 and then rush us out the door.
One of the best places I’ve eaten at service was great food was amazing definitely recommend it
Booked a table a month in advance and still had to wait 20 mins for our table. But! They did give us a drink to appease us. All good. Good and speed of service was excellent
Our table was a bit on the small side, misbehaving kids running around for a short period of time. Otherwise the food and the service was great
Excellent food and lovely environment. Attitude of some staff could have done with some improvement. Long wait times. But very very good food and we would go again. Not cheap though.
considerate service, good food, prices could be lower. . .
Food was delicious and staff very friendly. Personally very happy overall.!!
Lovely meal at the restaurant, very impressed with the vegetarian options and would visit again because of the options and location. Unfortunately had a large table beside us that spoke very loudly. Overall wasn't impressed with the service. Although they were fine with us coming early (I had booked a table but left the zoo early so we came to the restaurant almost an hour earlier) the rest of the service wasn't great. We didn't have fabric napkins on our table and when we asked for ones were just given standard paper napkins. Had also asked for sweet and sour sauce when ordering for my starter and had to remind them of this once the starters had come out, took them maybe about 10mins for it to actually come. Also had to remind them that my parents required cutlery after the mains came out although we had already said we would need.
Fantastic restaurant! Will definately go back next time I visit London.
Excellent service and food. Have been wanting to visit for a while and it exceeded expectations.
The restaurant helped us celebrate a birthday and they were very supportive. Food quality was very good but portions were a bit small in our opinion.
Food was amazing staff very quick Getting food out lovely views of the canal aswell
Disappointing is an under statement. The food was over fried, oily and with no flavour. The food was of a very poor quality and not fresh. Shame because the location is very special.
Average food. Beef too chewy, plastic chicken but crispy duck and prawn toast good Lovely setting Staff were accommodating eventually Probably wouldn’t go again though Enjoyable evening as had great company
Lovely beautiful place. Sitting right on the canal, this cosy restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic dinner. Staff are friendly and the food is gorgeous 💓.
So good!! I would recommend to tourists and regulars alike!!!
The food, service, environment, everything was excellent. Authentic Chinese food especially Peking duck. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Good food, nice venue and parking right outside on evenings.
Wonderful staff, great food, beautiful surroundings! 10 out of 10!
Food was lovely but unfortunately sat downstairs where it was empty and no atmosphere
Very fast service, the food is great and the atmosphere incredible on the houseboat!
Absolutely stunning restaurant, the atmosphere and attention to detail are fantastic! Also best pork dumplings I've had to date.
Great place for a special occasion. Looks fab at night all lit up.
Very good food and service- would not change a thing.
A hidden gem! Great food and exceptional service in a truly unique setting to London.
Excellent food in a lovely location. Starters, mains and desserts were all superb and they also offer some interesting “flower teas”
Absolutely brilliant all round! Would 100% recommend this restaurant. I went with my husband, 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter and we all loved it!
I expected the restaurant to be a little more smart, but the food was nice and there was a good choice. However, there was a lot of fried foods, and nothing much was steamed, I would have liked some steamed dumplings to start and a steamboat for main course.
very good thank you very much will visit again sometime
Great food. Nice experience. Great location. Quite expensive, but worth it.
Lovely food, lovely atmosphere and even better company! Great time.
Lovely food, polite and friendly staff. Will come again. 😊
I was really looking forward to trying food at the Feng Shang Express, due to it being a floating restaurant being established for some time. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed the location isn’t ideal for those visiting from out of town & the food was rubbish. The starters came out cold & I had to ask for them to be re-heated twice (different starters). The chicken skewers were too chewy, more like gristle rather than actual meat & the vegetable spring rolls were not fresh. The main course was too dry & the vegetable noodles simply had no taste they just added chilli oil for flavour. I don’t mind paying the money if the food is up to standard, however the opposite is true. Although the service was good the food was far too expensive for what was & I have had better take aways for less than a third of the cost. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody, save your hard earned cash and spend it somewhere that you will receive value for your money.
Nice setting. Portion sizes small and overpriced for what they served. Overall I didn't think it was worth the money at all.
Great food and atmosphere, would recommend if you’re in the area
Very nice not too packed & excellent food & service
The food was good but the drinks were over priced.
The food here is great! Would highly recommend. It is slightly pricey but would go again for a special occasion.
Everything about our visit was wonderful. The food was quick, fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. The look of the restaurant and the location is quaint and special. The price was a bit shocking, I'd just suggest keeping track of what you've ordered so you don't get a shock at the end.
Food was amazing, it was very quiet (we ate at lunchtime) portions were generous and was reflected in the price. Overall would recommend for special occasions, especially if going to ZSL London Zoo too as it’s right next door.
Food is just ok....I am afraid I didn’t find unique quality in it. Just Chinese ... that’s all.
