Plenty of food and drink options. Several bars to order from, and lots of seating areas. Good location, close to a tube and overground station.

Came here for drinks with friends but been before for food. Great atmosphere which amazing art work to keep you amused. drinks are normal price for the area. sports on screens.

Cool location in a trendy area but the food is average. Good place to come if you book ahead and get sofas and comfy chairs rather than small tables in the middle of the room

The wait services was very poor. He almost seemed sleep standing l. There was literally no one else ordering food. Still it took a very long time. I could see the chefs cleaning rather than preparing food, which probably was the reason behind burnt food. Bad waiter. Bad chef. Disappointed. However management was kind enough to remove the item.

I understand it's a bar, on a Saturday night, but it was too loud to hear people, and the service was very odd. We had to pay for our meal at the same time we ordered, and gratuity was already included on the bill; I found this very odd, and the service definitely dropped off as soon as they had delivered the food. We found it hard to get the attention of the waiting staff, and then were told we could not order drinks from them, and had to go to the bar instead. After a short conversation, one of the waiters reluctantly agreed to take a drinks order, but only if it was for beer or cider. All in all, a bit of a disappointing experience, with okay food. It served our purpose for location, but it wasn't an enjoyable experience. As a side note, the toilets were disgusting, with wet floors and broken doors/locks.

Food quality is getting worse. Pizzas were dry and almost empty. And what's this new rule about table service for food but not drinks??? And the waiter asked us to stack the plates for him. Not auprised it's so empty in there. I'm not sure if we will be coming back.

Pizza was very nice. Good selection of cocktails. Table service was a bit slow and some orders went undelivered. But overall a nice place with good atmosphere for a football match,

The food is good, the atmosphere is that of a fun place. When empty feels a little cold because of the big space. The Bar could improve a lot, especially on the offers-not offers, not very convenient.

It was really great, I had a friend in my party in a wheelchair and they were really accommodating helping us get a convenient table spot

We were the only people there yet was ignored when we walked in it then took 15 mins for someone to take our order. There was a hair in our chips and the Coca Cola we ordered was definitely not Coca Cola and some cheap roller Cola. We then waited for another 10 mins for someone to come over by this point we found someone to ask for the bill to wait another 10 mins. Poor service no atmosphere and everything we ordered was swimming in grease would not be going back even if free

Was charged extra for drinks when told it was 2 for 1 - also charged us a tip which we weren't aware of -could've saved £11 - also waitress was slow and messed up our order

Terrible, we had one drink and left without eating !!! First we were met by a female security person wearing a black ninja mask demanding my wife give her her handbag. When walked in the place stunk of chip fat fryers. I waited to be seen by some one from front of house staff who basically just ignored us standing there. The place was empty and they were just talking to each other, eventually I had to interrupt their conversation to get a table, which we shown to but was dirty. We waited at the bar while it was cleaned and bought a drink - 2 vodkas and Diet Coke = £14.00. We drank up and left.

The Drinks menu could have been more varied, in addition to having more ingredients to make more cocktails that were perhaps not on the menu, apart from that an ok night.

Could have informed those with early reservations that the game was being shown. The Drinks menu could have Had more variety, apart from that an alright night.

Great bar with very friendly staff. Food was excellent and the decor is wonderful! Could spend hours just checking out all the little details in this venue.

Seating was awkward even though our party was small (12 heads) some of us were seated separately🙁 Food was below standard; drinks were too dear.

Overall the Old School night was great but the bar staff service could have been better. They weren't that friendly and looked like they didn't want to be there. Ordered food at the bar and it came out cold, disappointing seeing as though we were the only 2 people eating.

The door staff were rude- the door men and the ladies who take the money. Our friends had arrived minutes earlier and as we had a table booked for dinner, they got in for free, we were charged on the door to enter the venue which I thought was ridiculous considering we were going for a meal. We were then served by a lovely lady called Kelly who looked after us all very well.

Well organised,easy booking system, warm welcome, good Food. The french waitress was very nice with us. The only weak point was the music: too loud! We could barely understand each other.

Had no pizzas, pulled pork or onion rings off the menu. Shame as this is about 50% of entire menu. Good for group place, wouldn't go as couple etc due to lots of drunks

Love this place, cool decor, relaxed atmosphere, easy food and great music. The wait for the food is quite long, but the drinks deals keep you going!x

I had a very pleasant visit to far rockaway, the staff was friendly and the food was lovely. I would definitely recommend. Although booking was a little bit of a mission, the atmosphere is really nice.

Great atmosphere - not over crowded. Good food & excellent service. Plus there are big screens for sports which is always a winner with the gents!

Booked a private lounge area for my wife's birthday and it was awesome. Great venue for shinanigans and super staff who looked after us well.

It was smelling the whole bar of food and the service was quite slow!!! Waiters didnt even know the name of the plates when delivering to the table...

The venue and music was great, however the service at the bar and resturant was extremely slow. I also didn't think much of the food. If I were to return, I would only go for the music and atmosphere.

Food was mediocre, cool interior. Not a bad place to hang with friends.

Good venue with decent food and a fun atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty good. We were late and they kindly held the table for 25 mins when I called, which was much appreciated.

Restaurant was very nice, tasty food. Great atmosphere in the bar and good music played. Has the chicken burger and it was delightful. Definately go back again

Fantastique decor and ambiance. Pizzas are good value for money but other dishes are overpriced as you need to buy chips, salad ... Separately.

The overall experience was ok, however our waitress forgot to bring water to our table twice during the whole evening (and we only ordered it: twice). Chips arrived almost 1 hour later after we ordered them as a sort of a starter. And it was after our pizza was already on our table. Would be good for waiting stuff to start writing things down properly when they take orders!

Cool, current, easy going staff. nothing was too much to ask. We find that many places to eat the staff and venue can be quite robotic and "to the book" - not here! thumbs up! will be back soon.

Far Rock Away is an interesting venue with good food and drink but it was very empty for a Thursday night in Shoreditch... which is worrying!

It was quite hard work to book, and the night that was supposed to be on, which was the main reason we were going there, was cancelled and we weren't told. The staff were really friendly though and the food good
