We were lucky to get the 40% discount available for our 2 course meal. I have to say even without the discount the prices were very reasonable. The portion sizes were generous. As a person interested in nutrition and the benefits of fresh vegetables in particular, the selection in both meals was varied and included tenderstem broccoli not the cheapest version of the vegetable. Some things were missing from the menu & what was available was not up to standard, we wanted dessert but they had no strawberries but would substitute raspberries instead, there was on one & a half raspberries in the dish- what a shambles, will not be in a hurry to return

The food was great and tasted really good. Its so much better than other pub grub in the local area. Dogs welcome. Definitely come back again!
