Good food, gets very busy and loud but great quick service.
Best Indian in Preston, can’t wait to go back again.
nice food but very noisy place to eat. it felt like a school canteen
The service was great, the good was amazing, we couldn't eat all of the food so we had to take some home which wasn't a problem for them at all.
Food was really good. Waiters really friendly and helpful. Lacked a bit of atmosphere and was a bit noisey. But overall wasnt disappointed and would go again.
Really enjoyed the food. Chat starter was enough for 2 to share. My king prawns in my main masala were huge. Delicious nan bread too. Went back as been previously during weekend stay in Preston & will definitely be going back.
Booked as a meal for my partners birthday, food was amazing and service excellent. The place is also very well decorated and relaxing. Will defo be returning.
Excellent service but restaurant was quiet. Food very flavoursome and would visit attend. My 5 year old son was made to feel welcome and extra plate brought for him to try off adults plates.
Fantastic meal and great service. We will definitely be coming back and will recommend you to friends and family. May even finish the naan bread next time 😁
Really good service. Food was very nice and reasonable priced. Lots to choose from on the menu. Didn't have to wait long for our meal to arrive. I recommend for others to eat here
Once again, amazing food with impeccable service, already booked for another visit. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it is without doubt the best I've visited in the Preston area.
Lovely restaurant, warm welcome, seated straight away. Nice menu ,we had a little help to choose our dishes. For starter I would recommend the fish platter for two exceptionally good. Can't wait to go back.
We went on Saturday night around seven. The place is nice, but we ordered papadons and half way through our first one our mains arrived. Not what we wanted. Just to rushed.
We've have visited a few times in past couple of years. Once again, food was faultless and so was the service. We'll definitely be back.
Great food and service was great at the start. Started to get busy later on so service slowed down but overal a great place to eat with beautiful authentic food.
This has really gone downhill. The food is so bland compared to what it used to be, honestly all the dishes we had tasted exactly the same. And the NOISE. I could barely hear the person sitting next to me, and couldn't hear my brother sat opposite. Never again.
It was my leaving doo. There was atable of 21 people. Firstly it was too loud. One of the waiters was too rude for my liking. He bought the food out and gave it out to us. He was unsure about the pilau rice so he came over to me and said "you have it" As if he threw the bowl on the table. I said i havent ordered this. He said you need it more. How bloody rude being insulted like that. Starter was nice, main course was too spicy when asked for it to be mild. No plates for at least 5 mins. The food was already on the table. Over charged with lemonade when we never ordered that. Main courses came late and confusion with that too. I could go on. Very disappointing as I do enjoy my food there. Wont be returing.
Brilliant food, brilliant service, excellent food as always. I will definitely keep going there time and time again. The sauce tray with the poppadoms is vast and varied as is the menu. A+++++
Rushed from the start. Air conditioning freezing. Food good but felt I was in a canteen just to eat and go quickly. Too loud to have a conversation.
i booked on line and it was quick and easy. We were a group of 9 and 1 extra came on the night. We were seated straight away and had a fabulous meal. The only slight criticism would be that it is a large restaurant and quite noisy. Will definitely be returning and recommend anyone to give it a try.
Great food and a large selection on the menu. Cocktails were 2 for 1 so that is always a bonus. Derive was great very friendly.
We had an excellent night out.The food, the staff and the venue were all first class. We will definitely be going there again in the near future.
Excellent qualty of food and service, definately value for money, can't wait to go back for more, we used a Wowcher deal and couldn't fault it
Lovely meal, good service. Only down side was where we were sitting (back corner) the wall had food spattered all over it from previous guests. This attention to detail would make a big diffrance. Thanks
Second visit to this place glad I booked a table as the place was busy for a sat night. Well not disappointed food service and atmosphere great. No doubt I ll be back.
Extremely noisy. Food took too long to arrive. When it finally arrived, food was excellent. Waiters were attentive and helpful, but didn't appear to understand our wine order.
Food was excellent as was the service and all the staff..was my first visit to east is east but definitely won't be my last. If your thinking of a meal out go to east is east.
Great food and great ambience. Mixed starter is fantastic and the curry i had was amazing!! The drinks fairly expensive but that seems to be the trend everywhere these days. Id rather pay for quality and thats what i did!
Fantastic night with lovely people The Service from arriving was good staff are very friendly excellent food & drink and not to expensive 1 of our favourites.
Top restaurant, staff very polite and service impeccable, food top draw only complaint was we were too full😆Will certainly go again soon thank you Eastzeast.
Excellent food at a reasonable price Brilliant friendly service and a great atmosphere This is the third visit and non have disappointing An amazing menu, something for everyone
Poppadums and Chutney were good, Biryani was a bit too moist for our liking and didn't really notice any saffron in the mixture. Service was O.K. and efficient although the waiter seemed to have forgotten to have our Bill prepared when we asked for it. A large busy establishment - we've eaten here a few times and cannot say that this was one of our better experiences.
This restaurant is very good, it is always very busy and has a great atmosphere. The only negative is the service, it is not bad, but sometimes we were felt rushed and felt the waiters were too rushed.
First time at the preston restaurant. Food and service very good. Will go back. Was quiet so cant judge experience when busy. Starters particularly good
Excellent food and the best Naan bread I have ever tasted ( and I've had a few!!) Service was also very good and I will definitely be eating there again!!
Food and service excellent but they had no record of our booking so we were kept waiting till they found us a table so 30 min late
Restaurant was quiet for a visit on Thurs late Jan. Food was not as good as previous visits. All courses were quite bland. Ordered 3 courses between 4 of us. When the bill arrived, discovered it would have been cheaper to order one each. The waiter didn't tell us about the price hike. He simply suggested big portions to share. We all took the comment as a joke. To add insult, I told the restaurant that I was going to submit a Gourmet Society card when making the booking. Guess what? They only told me that it is no longer accepted after we had finished eating. I am happy to pay big bucks for meals in fine dining restaurants. Felt they fleeced us at EastZEast. My gut feeling is that the Preston branch is no longer part of the original group and has lost some of its sparkle.
Nice place, good staff & service. Expensive, could have got same meal at my usual place for 15% less. May go again to try different foods.
Went out for a works do last Friday. The venue is stunning, the staff were very attentive considering how busy the restaurant was, the food was very tasty and not over expensive either. The only reason I haven't given a 6 is because we did have to wait a long time for our meals (that had been pre-ordered), but as I said, it was very busy. Great time had by all.
Very good experience from the moment we booked in, the service and quality of food. Fish appetisers were excellant, both main courses lovely. Portion sizes are generous.
Excellent food with a good vegetarian range. Lovely non-alcoholic cocktails. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. Service good on a quiet night.
Menu and Food excellent, staff very attentive, overall I would have no hesitation in recommending eastzeast to anyone looking for a nice place to eat.
We had a lovely time , restaurant was very busy but we still got looked after , food arrived quickly after each course which was great as we had two young children really enjoyed as always
Beautiful meal & surroundings. One of the best indians I have eaten at. Would recommend it a must try to anyone. MIXED grill was superb.
Excellent food and will definitely be visiting again in the near future
Excellent service, I was recommended a dish that I would like and it was beautiful, plenty of food for a very good price, thoughly recommend.
