The food was great - fantastic menu and portion sizes. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that let the place down was the dirty toilets.

First time having been to East River after a recommendation from a few friends. Me and my fiancé loved everything about it - and fair play to the staff who worked extremely hard, given the current circumstances. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

I really couldn’t fault anything. The food was amazing, drinks so tasty and we were made to feel so welcome. This was our first brunch childfree for years and what a perfect place for it. We’ll definitely be back.

Drinks order was taken fairly quickly but then the drinks took quite a while to arrive. Food took far too long to arrive. For three breakfasts at the beginning of service shouldn’t have taken any longer than 20 minutes but took well over this. The food itself wasn’t anything to write home about. The staff were friendly but was let down by wait time and lack of flavour in food. It isn’t something I’d feel like need to bring up during our visit or on a public forum at all but we were not impressed.
