Our meal was ok,beer very expensive,won't be returning,had nicer meals elsewhere.

Very good service, good food. A little noisy at times - but it was New Year’s Eve! We will definitely be back.

It is always good here. I highly recommend it and will be back soon

We loved our meal at Delhi Street Indian! We went for the Lamb Kori and Chicken Chilli masala!! Both were amazing!!

Our visit coincided with the turning on of the Christmas lights. Nice atmosphere, busy. Very good customer service. friendly and engaging

The young men who greeted us at the door were polite and attentive. The takeaway menu was explained where we queried something. The food was well cooked and tasted delicious. Well done Delhi Street .

As with my previous visit, the main meal was brought out before the bread and sauce were ready. After 5 minutes waiting, I sent the main meal back for it be to warmed up. A couple of my fellow diners were also well into their mains before their bread arrived. Portion size of the tandoori chicken was also noticeably small. It'd be great if the timing of food were improved, so that mains and accompaniments were served together and hot.

Staff are good and food mostly good ( except Peshawar Naan) but packed like sardines next to others you'd rather not be, meaning I was 16 inches to the side of a domestic and people arguing.

The food was great. The service however was not up to the usual standard even though the restaurant wasn’t even full. They did not clear glasses or dishes once they were empty unless we asked them to. We kept piling them up at the end of the table to make room. They did not know enough about their own menu so they kept having to go and ask someone else questions about the menu. That aside we still enjoyed our meal and the food was really nice.

Very friendly staff, misleading 35 % discount as said in small print at the bottom of e-mail not to be used at weekends, so a bit disappointed but staff did offer 20%

Lovely Asian cuisine set in a thriving location of Chester with a good level of service and an overall satisfying and pleasing experience. The set menu in particular is excellent value for money.

Nice dining experience, good food but wasn’t exceptional. I’m also sure the naan was microwaved. I was expecting more. But generally good. Everything was average. The speed of the service was good and waiters were friendly and speedy. Lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Food was superb and the restaurant clean and modern. My only (very minor) gripe was that there was a good few minutes delay between the mains arriving and the accompanying naan breads and bhajis, which meant we were all waiting to start. Really only a minor point but it'd be preferable if everything came out at the same time and we culd begin while it was piping hot. Definitely return.

Delicious food served with excellent service by efficient staff in a lovely atmosphere. It was our 1st visit to Delhi Street and can't wait to go back :)

A suggestion - stop using plastic straws. It was the only thing that marred the evening. Staff & food are wonderful. My grandsons & I loved it.

All good - service efficient and food tasty ! Will certainly plan to go there again. Cobra on draught suited the three of us as did the Popadoms

Good Meal at a new place to us, and the food & service was of a high standard. We went a little early so not that much atmosphere then but will go again.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Food was lovely with fab starters, good service but felt the staff were manic to accommodate their customers efficiently.

Service was good, food was very tasty! Don’t know why we didn’t try this place earlier! Some guy walked in and said ‘no I don’t want poppadoms, there a waste of time but people don’t know that’ bit of a weird thing to say but thought I’d make his ridiculous comment public to ridicule. Great place and well worth trying out!

Great food and lovely service and just around her corner which is perfect! Definitely worth a visit. Will be back. Our new favourite Chester Indian.

We had an excellent meal. Garlic chilli chicken for me every time. My son had the vegetarian alternative which was also very good. A very enjoyable evening

Used to go to the old restaurant, definitely has lost its charm. Korma sauce was watery, small slices of chicken. Wouldn’t really go back unfortunately.

Good food, good service. This was our second time at the restaurant and yet again is the best Indian we have found within the Chester area. I just would like a little honey within my peshwari naan. 😉

Food was good but service awful, waiter was miserable and totally uninterested in us as customers, got the sauce for one of our meals after asking twice as we all nearly finished then the arrogant waiter argued with us when we said we weren’t paying for that meal !!!! Also no lime for bottles of corona. I recommended this restaurant as have been before and was very disappointed

Fabulous quality and tasty food. Friendly and professional staff look after you really well. Good but not silly portions... emphasis is on quality. Nice modern vibe in the restaurant. Big bifold windows for warm summer dining in the heart of hoole

The service was excellent and we were not rushed into ordering our food. We were in company so talked a lot. The table and cutlery was spotless. The food we ordered was perfect and nicely presented.The plates were hot so we did not require warmers .The drinks were presented with lemon and ice.The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Overall we had a very enjoyable evening . We look forward to booking again
