Very quiet at lunch time. Service was speedy and food was Ok but not cheap. Enjoyed it, but not knocked out. Perhaps better when it is full and has more of a buzz and kitchen is stretched!

The most authentic Sri Lankan food in London. Do not accept inferior alternatives.

Great food and interesting cuisine. We let the waiter choose for us and had a wide selection. Will return.

Perhaps it was because it was a Monday but four of our menu requests were ‘off’. The house wine was also unavailable so we had to choose one at £10 more. The food when it came was fine although delivered by a waiter who didn’t seem very practiced. The mutton curry tasty but chewy. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

Kothu Paratta is great, the rest are okish. Aubergine curry was spicy.

We were looking for Sri Lankan food after our holiday there and saw good reviews for Dammika's - was a great find - we had the Sunday Buffet which was good value for money. They even cooked an extra dish for us which is the children's favourite - kotthu- which they don't usually include in the buffet. Like all buffet food when served on the plate, never looks very attractive, especially with the typical light gravies you have in Sri Lankan curries - not the thick sauces of India - but no matter how it looked, everything was utterly delicious and absolutely reminiscent of our holiday.

The starter and main course were excellent. There were no desserts available though they were on the menu. We asked for cold milk with our tea but they had run out. Very disappointing.

Good food and nice hosts. Smallish restaurant, homemade authentic food. We looked at online menu beforehand and have an idea of what we would like to order as it was a large table to help them prepare a bit which I think helped. And they were accommodating with our request for brown rice instead of white asked in advance.

Excellent service and really good food! Good variety and an improvement since our last visit a few weeks ago but perhaps we were late and therefore the food was running low. It’s very convenient having a Sri Lankan restaurant in central London!

Really great food and a lovely welcome. Could eat here again easily. The string hoppers were great but the Kolthku (sp!?!?) was fantastic. Thank you!

First Sri Lankan hopper experience was very good in this stylish but cosy little restaurant. Nice atmosphere and very welcoming, not too pricey and not too spicey

The best customer service ever! Dammika was so friendly, and the food was a revelation, maybe I could go vegan after all but the black pork was a bit too tempting!

Fantastic food and service. The fish cutlets were particularly good, so fresh and crispy with a hint of spice just like in Sri Lanka! Thank you!

Great food. Friendly service. If you haven't tried Sri Lankan food, then this is the place. If you have, then this is still the place.
