We have been here several times now and each time the food has been absolutely delicious. The service is attentive and the prices extremely reasonable.
Delicious food - the Lebanese bread was freshly made & soft. The meat was tender & well spiced. Good wine complemented the food. I'll be going back!
Love the place! Excellent food, very very good quality ingredients and fair price. The service is also excellent. It is definitively my favourite Lebanese restaurant in London.
The staff service was brilliant and the food was Good :) Definitely going to go back soon with more friends and family!!!! ---- --- ----
Good food, good service, what's not to like? Quite quiet but an enjoyable evening. Mezze sharing starters delicious although slightly disappointed with sharwarma main. But overall would recommend
Excellent food, excellent service, lovely surroundings, the best meal I have eaten for some time. Large portions and good value. I will definitely return and recommend it very highly.
Great and friendly staff. Food was amazing! Meat was very tender. Little on the empty side but the staff are so attentive that it makes up for it.
Consistently great food and pleasant, efficient service. As a regular customer I have yet to find another Lebanese restaurant in London which offers such fresh tasting food with a contemporary authentic menu. Highly recommended.
Excellent food, so much that we took half of it home, such good quality, excellent service. We really enjoyed our visit to Dalila and will definitely return again.
Great staff, amazing mezzes. Our main courses were slow to arrive and although nice, they were not quite as impressive as the mezzes. Lovely place though and would definitely recommend.
The food is good (thought not spectacular), the service excellent and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing (so great if you want an intimate chat, less if you're after some buzz). The only thing that was awful was the constant backtrack of Magic FM!
We had a very lovely dinner at Dalila on saturday. Nice setting, very good food and good service. starters were very tasty as was the mains + good quantities- bonus: they take the tastecard (2 for 1) on Saturdays
the food was delicious and the restaurant is very nice but it was a little quiet. would recommend for a couples dinner and with a taste card you get 241 deal.
The food was tasty but the manager wasn't very welcoming. Was using a taste card on this visit but I'm not sure I would go again as he didn't make the atmosphere feel very relaxed and friendly. The hot & cold meze did sound delicious though!
A fantastic evening. We had a selection of hot and cold meze and everything was delicious. The staff were very attentive. Would definitely go again.
A really easy location if you ae in London. Friendly staff- not over-bearing but politely attentive. The range of food is for all tastes. We had the Arayess and Fatayer spinach to start- both delicious- the hint of sumac was a lovely edge. Both served good and hot- clearly freshly prepared. For mains we chose Lahem Meshwi and Farrouji Meshwi. Both really tasty- with rice and small side veg. Our only disappointment was that the plates could be hotter- but that is a personal thing for us and not a comment on the food. The home made Baklava was the nicest we've ever had! Shame the rice pudding had sold out- we will have to go back to try that.
The food was fantastic, some of the best Lebanese I have tasted in London ...Service was wonderful they could not have been more helpful and friendly...highly recommend.
Lovely restaurant, good food will definitely go again! Great service
Our dining experience at Delila was very good. The service was good. The menu has lots of selection and plenty to please vegetarians and meat eaters. The portions were a good size and the flavours were good and everything was very fresh. It was all-round good value and we'll go back.
We had a selection of meze very nice staff very friendly atmosphere very good 2 nd time there will be visiting again soon
Place is amazing and the food was really good, the service was good too. Definitely will come back
Enjoyed the food - varied selection of freshly prepared mezze. However, being the only 2 diners in the entire restaurant (on a Sunday night) did not add to the cheerful atmosphere.
Excellent food superb quality and beautiful restaurant with a calm atmosphere. Perfect for couples or groups of friends
Have visited this reseraunt three times now and I cannot fault it the food and sevice is superb, I will certainly recommend to all my friends ,
Great food and excellent service. I have always found the staff very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this restaurant not only for a place to dine but for takeaways as well.
Fresh vibrant flavours, beautifully presented and delightful staff. The mere menu is amazing value.
Good food and good service again. Have been here several times and had a takeaway and it is always consistently good food full of flavour.
Came down from Colchester and stayed overnight near Marble Arch in order to try Dalila (as reviewed by Jay Rayner). We arrived a few minutes later than our booking but the staff were very welcoming. The restaurant was quiet to start with but livened up as the evening progressed. We didn't have much experience of Lebanese food, but we were helped to choose a good variety of 7 very tasty mezzes and a fabulous Lebanese red wine. The humus, moussaka & fatoush were particularly good. By the time the main course mixed grill arrived, my wife and I were struggling a bit. Even so, we finished with coffee & mint tea plus a complimentary baklava that melted in the mouth. Overall, lovely staff and a brilliant experience, just wish Dalila was in Colchester.
Really delicious food, interesting cocktails and Lebanese wine, and pleasant attentive service. A great local. Will be back.
My friends and I dined last night for the first time at Dalila. The food was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We shall definitely visit again.
The food wasnt nearly as good as our previous visit and the service was extremely slow
Excellent food and charming service. This is a neighbourhood gem worth travelling to.
I was recommended Dalila b a friend and cannot fault it.The friend I went with is vegaterian and we had the most delicious meal.I loved the ambience ,the music and lights were low to enable conversation .The service by all staff was very welcoming .Chris was our waitress and she was most helpful.
Absolutely fabulous fresh and tasty food. And the service was brilliant. We couldn't decide what to have but the waiter took time to help us decide. Can't rate the quality of the food and the service high enough. Will most definitely go back again!
The food is delicious and the owner charming. Service is helpful and willing. The best Lebanese food in London.
we were very pleased with the service and the staff.
The food and the ambience were top-notch and excellent value! The only slight criticism I have is that the waiting staff were constantly hovering, topping up drinks, etc. I think most people prefer to pour their own wine at their own pace. Also, I don't like to see a service charge automatically added to a bill. But otherwise I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely lovely food in a very pleasant restaurant. I'd recoomend it to anyone!
The food was delicious and the staff extremely welcoming, and helpful. We had a wonderful evening. It would have been great if they offered more than two vegetarian main courses, but the huge number of delicious vegetarian mezze dishes more than made up for it. Very highly recommended.
The food was excellent. The service could have been better.
If you enjoy Lebanese food as I do then Dalila ticks all the boxes for me. The food is delicious, the service delightful and it has a lovely ambiance. The Lebanese wines I tried have been very good indeed and have not cost arms and legs. Very importantly, it's all very affordable. A great addition for Battersea.
