Fantastic food and service. Would highly recommend . Food completely different and a great experience.
Friendly service and great value for money. I would recommend it to my friends.
Wow! This was our first visit and we all thought the food was amazing and the service was excellent, everyone was so friendly. My mum is coeliac and she thoroughly appreciated everything being gluten free. We’ll definitely be back
OMG this place is something else. Never had Indian food like it. Will definitely be back
Food was just amazing. Service was fantastic. Can not wait for my next visit
As always, amazing food and excellent service. We always try to eat here when we come to Glasgow and it never fails to deliver.
We dine here frequently, never disappointed great staff and amazing food, will be back soon. cheers
Absolute delicious great service and great food 🤤 thank you.
Very polite waiters, even helped me put on my coat at the end of dinner and awesome food
Love this restauraunt! Always amazing service and very tasty food!
Great food, good service and nice venue. Will be back
Fabulous food and service The okra curry was divine ,we dine here a lot as it is hard to beat the quality and standard
Great restaurant. I had the lamb dosa, it was massive!
Lovely friendly well informed staff. Waiter helped with selection and gave advice on each dish. Very accommodating with different tastes. This was our first visit but won't be our last. Highly recommended.
Excellent restaurant, very tasteful and authentic food and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Great service- very attentive and lovely food. We’ll be back!
loved this place will definitely be back when im next in town
We had a great wee night. The food, service and atmosphere were great. We would definitely go back.
We love the restaurant and visit frequently, staff are always friendly and service very good. I ordered the same dish I had on my last two visits but this time the chicken was a bit tough , I didn’t complain but not nearly as nice as last time .My husband also felt his lamb curry wasn’t as nice this time . Another point is that the drinks need more ice as one or two cubes per drink doesn’t keep the drinks cold for long enough . We will return though and hopefully this was a one off .
The main course had very dry chicken didn't enjoy it much at all.
Brilliant Resteraunt. Food is authentic and so good. Definately my favourite now and will be back!
Food was amazing plus timings of courses was good. Would recommend highly
The best Indian food in Glasgow and fantastic service! Worth every penny!
First time had South Indian Food Very good Nice restaurant
First time eating South Indian cuisine. Friendly and efficient staff, nice location and excellent food. Probably way overpriced due to recent hype and £8.50 for a glass of white wine is pushing it too far. We live in the West End and can eat Indian food of equal quality there at more reasonable prices. That said, we would highly recommend Dakhin as an introduction to South Indian cuisine.
Great food , very attentive staff, always made feel welcome . I had the chetinad coli dish which was absolutely delicious , will return very soon
Great all round, could not fault anything, ending with an absolutely superb dessert (coconut and date). Great visit, cheers.
Very good food and service, lot of parties in, Friday early evening, so a bit shouty.
Food was amazing, dishes are so tasty food served hot, waiters very nice and efficient. We have eaten here a few times and it’s always been great. Will be coming back more often .
Thank you. Great place to have food. Excellent ambience inside the restaurant
We had a selection of extremely tasty dishes served by friendly, knowledgeable waiters.
Ordered the poussin at £14.95. Waiter did say there would be bones and basically that’s what it was - a malnourished baby chicken. On top of this had to pay £4.25 for a sauce and on top of this had to pay £3.25 for a portion of rice. A grand total of £22.45 for a one course disappointment.
The food, the service, friendly staff, prompt food, unobtrusive but available waiters, quality and quantity of food. I cant rate it more highly always a hit!
I have Coeliac Disease and always enjoy eating here, gluten free restaurants are few and far between
Lovely food. Great service staff were very attentive. You great it’s gluten free
Not in the comfort zone of pakora and chicken tikka, Dhakin challenges you to think about what you like. When the food arrives you are rewarded with new subtle flavours that remind of the wonders and joy of your first real Indian meal. Trust the waiters, they know what they are doing and will tailor your order to meet your preferences. But it’s not your usual info- pak experience. It’s so much better.
Once again, a fantastic meal. I really can't fault this restaurant!
Food is excellent, very different from any Indian food we have had before. Service was good only down side was the noise and the restaurant felt very crowded as people had to squeeze by our table.
As always, excellent in all respects! Recommended without any hesitation.
One of my favourite restaurants. Food is great and the staff are lovely. Came away stuffed as always as the food's so good I can't stop eating.
First time Travelled from Edinburgh after seeing Scottish coeliac face book comments Will be back it was fabulous and we took a doggy bag back for son who is now raving about it too
Brilliant, friendly staff. Able to adapt the heat of the dishes to suit, just ask 😊 The cheesecake was the only thing I would say if you’re a cheesecake lover to avoid, no biscuit base, just biscuit crumbs and not enough of them for my liking
Lovely food as always! Great service, throughly recommended, will be visiting again soon
absolutely delicious food! and the fact I could order anything from the menu as it was all gluten free was wonderful!
As always, the food was fabulous! Service excellent. Recommended without reservation!
Great service from the staff (we needed the disabled access lift and they were very helpful) and also placing our table near the lift was also appreciated. The food was amazing (as always) and my 6 year old nephew declared the paper dosa “the best bread in the world ever” and at the other end of the scale my mother in law (age protected!) said it was the best Indian meal she’s ever had. Thanks again for dealing with our requests (a table of 9 has a lot of requests!) and hopefully be back soon.
My 2nd visit. V tasty curry. Good service. Great location. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal with a good atmosphere. Will def come back again.
Excellent service and fantastic food. The staff were very attentive even although there were only 3 of us and they had much larger groups in. Will definitely be back
Lovely tasty South Indian food - watch out for fish bones though ! Definitely recommend you visit this place, great to see a departure from standard UK Indian food
The food was wonderful as always. The staff, very attentive, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Dakhin to anyone who has not yet visited. Those who have will need no encouragement whatsoever.
