Now that Cutlers Spice’s Leighton Road premises is up and running and making a big name for itself in this part of Sheffield, Ullah remains under the mentorship of his parents Noim and Ashfurn Nesa Begum, who know that it takes more than determination to earn your stripes as a world-class chef.
