Lovely meal in a nice relaxed atmosphere.Would recommend for Sunday Lunch .This was our second visit for Sunday Lunch .
generally everything was fine, except we were not offered water on the table, and the size of the napkins was pathetic.
The food was lovely and the waiting staff were lovely but there simply wasn’t enough of them . Despite it being quiet there was a long wait for food. No one asked if we wanted dessert and the plates were left on the table a long time after the meal was over . The staff were great …….just not enough of them and it spoiled the experience
The staff were attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. A wonderful experience.
It is unnecessary to have TV screens on every wall! Plus several more advertising screens. We asked to be seated away from the eyeline of TVs, which we were, only to find advertising screens in plain view, with flickers every time there was a change of advert. The staff kindly turned them off. Completely unnecessary.
First time out with the whole family and new grandchild to celebrate grandad's birthday. It was a wet , miserable day but the restaurant was cosy and welcoming. Staff were friendly , efficient and helpful. The food was good , including the children's meals , which isn't always the case. There was some veggie choice but slight disappointment as there was nothing for veggies in the "home comforts" section. It was a lovely occasion at a reasonable price . We will visit again. Thank you.
Food was excellent. We were warned about a half hour wait but it was worth waiting for
