Côte Winchester

I like the food drink and the staff were OK. Don’t like 12.5% assumption of tip. Happy to pay when deserved but shouldn’t be assumed!

Good food, good service, staff very attentive and friendly, excellent value for money.

Excellent late breakfast, formulae is great value and the service very good.

I sent a review last week - after many great meals at Cote last week the people on the table next to us we're SO noisy. As our meals were already on the table we couldn't really move. Very disappointing.

It was fine until a party which included a loud American arrived, which completely changed the atmosphere in the place

The food was excellent quality and the staff provide a friendly and efficient service.

Great food and service, but two of our starters (from a table of 6) were very delayed to the point that the others had almost finished when they arrived, and a dessert that we’d been looking forward to had all sold out!

Food lovely but restaurant busy and service for main course teall slow. Waiter attentive but slow service meant no time for dessert. Shame !

The food at Côte is predictable which is an important reason why we are regular visitors. All four of us enjoyed the dishes we had chosen and we liked the wines too.

Very good food as always. There was s problem with our order which could have spoiled the birthday celebrations but we were so very impressed by the way the helpful and friendly staff handled it all, that in the end we just remember an excellent evening at Cote.

A late booking for lunch with family. Excellent choice on set menu and everything delicious. Service attentive and not rushed. Overall a lovely meal.

Cote in Winchester is somewhere we’ve been to quite a few times and we always have a lovely meal and good service.

We love breakfast at COTE and this did not disappoint. We did feel that they could have done with another member of staff this morning.

As always, we received a warm welcome at the door and were ushered to our table. The pork tenderloin was delicious - it just melted in the mouth. Will have that again.

As usual we had a good meal at Cote, with friendly service in pleasant surrounds, and it gets our evening visit to the Theatre Royal off to a good start. Really you cannot fault Cote on a place to eat

The food was delicious last night. As always the service was exceptional. The staff always go the extra mile to ensure that everything is as it should be.

The staff’s were friendly and welcoming but the service was quite slow. The menu is very extensive with lots of options to chose from. A little more attention to detail wouldn’t go a miss but for a nice easy place to go, with good food, I would recommend Cote.

Good food, nice atmosphere, relaxing time. Nice lunch out. Winchester is a lovely city and having lunch when shopping makes sense. Fish pie is amazing.

Always a blast eating in at the Cote, personnel always attentive and entertaining. Great ambiance and atmosphere...very Frenchy and dishes are juat amazing...Definitely recommend and will come back again.

We are regular visitors for the fantastic Cote breakfast but on this visit they excelled. Couldn’t fault the food, drinks or service. A great experience.

Good choice of Vegetarian choices so decided to have the Mushroom and Spinach crepes. Very tasty. Off their Light menu but still filled me up.

Very enjoyable - good service with smiling staff and bargain menu at lunchtime. Surprisingly quiet even at 1300. A good choice if you’re in Winchester
