Very good, friendly service. And the house red wine was good, too.

We had lovely meals The food quality was superb and my mother said it was the best meal she had had in ages. Staff were professional and friendly. Service was fast and efficient. The low number of other diners meant that the atmosphere was less than we would have wished. It is such a huge shame that the restaurant will be closed from Thursday. We will be back in early December if we can.

Always happy with the Winchester restaurant! I made a mistake with booking and they happily rectified it. Never fault the establishment and the team.

Very enjoyable meal in a pleasant atmosphere with good service

Service exceptional as ever. Food extremely good, but special mention for the pork belly (superb ...especially the crackling...which was sublime). Ice cream was very average..to be honest, I’ve been spoilt with homemade and Judes!

Due to an on going illness we have not been to the Cote, Winchester for a couple of weeks, until for lunch today. All the regular staff were on duty and what a wonderful welcome they gave us....and now lockdown for a month wef mid week! Anyway we had a great meal and great service as always!

A little lacking in atmosphere downstairs but a nice restaurant. The loos are great.

Bit disappointed that even though you have special cocktails on the menu - you cant supply them as you have run out of one of the ingredients You then could not offer any other cocktails ? Food was delicious but again very poor that we ordered 2 cheese plates and no biscuits at all - just bread rolls !

We had a lovely time here today. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

Pleasant enough, but disappointed by the very limited menu. It was lunchtime on a Sunday, and when we enquired whether the menu would be more comprehensive for dinner, rather than the brunch menu, we were told no, that was it. A shame, as we have always thought that Cote is the best of all the ‘chain’ restaurants.

Went for a brunch this Sunday morning. Had a French breakfast, tasty ingredients, faultless service. I am over 60. I could see the front door from where I was sitting, and became really agitated given the current environment at people who cannot wait to be seated and just want to join friends This is nothing to do with your staff, they can do no more. But it might be a reason for me not to revisit Winchester branch in the short term.

Very pleasantly surprised with this beautiful little place. Food was delicious, we had to rush a bit but that's normal nowadays with dinning till 10pm. Will definitely visit again. Thank you

Lovely brunch with my husband we both enjoyed the French Breakfast it was very tasty, the brioche toast went very well with the boudin noir. Opted for a Bloody Mary to accompany meal and enjoyed it immensely

Had a fab breakfast for my Husbands 30th, and the team at Cote Winchester were great! The manager even gave us his breakfast and our drinks on the house!! We’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant is welcoming and the menu is good. It was busy with a nice vibe. However the service was a bit lacking as had to chase a couple of times. Completely forgot to deliver the wine we ordered. Overall the food was good despite my steak being a little tough. Despite the above we had a lovely evening and would go again.

We celebrated our granddaughter's 18th Birthday with a delicious lunch at Cote Brasserie, Winchester. It was a special family of 6 occasion and proved we had definitely made the right venue choice. Wonderful meal, brilliant service, friendly staff. Thank you.

Booked a table on line which was very easy. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today, the wonderful flavours of our respective meals. We were also really pleased to see how busy it was, that people are out during this pandemic, whilst still observing the necessary present precautions. I'm certainly looking forward to my next visit.

Nice meal, as usual with all of the Cote branches we have tried. This would have been a maximum rating, but for one niggle. Much tempted by the October Specials we visited Winchester to learn that they had run out of the Chateaubriand, which we really fancied. We even booked for a very early lunch at 12 noon to guard against this! The same had happened in the Basingstoke branch two weeks ago, so doubly frustrating. If you publicise an offer you really should stock up those dishes which are expected to be popular. I had the T bone steak was quite good, and my daughter had the Fish Parmentier which was OK, but a bit on the small side she thought. As usual the service was good.

A nice dinner, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive. Love the food choices but would prefer more gluten free options. Also, despite a good wine list, the spirits / cocktails choice was limited.
