Côte Winchester

Good. Our table was the one we reserved and the food excellent. Not good that gratuities were included in the bill. We like to tip according to the service. No quibbles with the service as it was great.

First time at Cote. Friendly staff, good service and great food. Will return

Fab service from our lovely waiter. The Demi poulet wasn’t as nice as other times but the lemon infused creme brulee was exceptional & made up for it

The staff in Cote Winchester are very good. I go there with my elderly mum who is bad on her feet and the staff couldn’t do more to help. The food is very tasty and the waiting staff are attentive and professional.

The serving staff were very welcoming and efficient. Enjoyed the meal apart but the lamb rump consisted mostly of fat.

We realised what good value your ‘before 7 pm’ meals are in the week - yesterday’s meal (4 people) with only 2 beers cost £125 - money which many cannot afford.

The brasserie came up to the usual standard of service for a Cote, although the actual room was a bit split up. An interesting historic building obviously, but not ideal for a restaurant. I felt for the commie waiters who had so many stairs to climb to the kitchen!

Dissapointing.I like cote and have visited the Salisbury branch many times.Service was slow I think they were busy with a party upstairs.However only a few people in our back room, several clearly unhappy with the waitress .No atmosphere and we were looking for the waitress several times..A few pictures would be nice When the coffee came one of us asked for chocolate on the cappuccino “It’s not usual” said the waitress bordering on rude. Food was good apart from butterflied chicken which was dry and cold plate for my steak - which was not served pink and soon cold.I don’t think I want to return

Group of 10 looked after in a very calm manner by the staff which helps to have a very relaxing breakfast. Food served to everyone together.

We are regulars at Côte Winchester and find the restaurant a most reliable venue. This occasion was a Monday evening and Côte was well patronised which is a tribute to what they offer. The noise level was uncomfortable because of one large table of six or eight that was close to us - Côte could hardly be blamed for that.

Great food. Good service, with excellent chef. Delicious deserts, Very friendly staff. A few things missing from the menu-but overall the taste of food and good service compensated for this slight hitch!

We were a party of 15 everyone was brilliant and super helpful. Food & service was excellent. Definitely recommend The Duck dish and The Pork Belly . The manager on shift also went the extra mile. We been to several branches before and will definitely return to this one.

The last two times we’ve been for breakfast have not been good. Today we were given somebody else’s food to start with, all put in front of us and then taken away again and given to the correct table. The fifth meal arrived after we had all eaten. The toast arrived after we had finished our meal. Very disappointed with our breakfast.

We come to Cote all the time and love it. Tonight was disappointing bad service and food was cold!

Always a good experience and as a gluten free person they have an extensive menu to choose from. Staff are lovely too.

Good family meal. Most of is had steak frites which was great. Waited for a while but no one came to take dessert order so we gave up on that and had ice creams in the high street instead.

Staff excellent, setting very good, drinks good, food a bit variable - some excellent, some disappointing.
