food underwmelming and over priced prawn special starter disappointing had better and cheaper at other restaurants and halibut tasted fine but in my opinion was very overpriced. Its a shame as I live in France and love french food and used to like Cote as a chain.
Awesome food and great service. My first visit to Côte and I was really impressed.
The beef bourguignon was super ! The winelist is very good price quality .Friendly service . Great location with a Nice view over St Katherine Docks.
Pre-booked table but had to wait to be seated. Quality food although a little pricey. Service was ok but it was busy as it was Christmas time. Would go back again.
Restaurant has a comprehensive gluten-free menu and all my food came with flags on to say it was gluten-free which was very reassuring. Food was delicious especially the sea bass.
A quality and varied selection as always, at a time when you want more than a traditional ‘English Xmas menu’ and this fully delivered. Great service and great food in a great location.
Nice atmosphere and enjoyable meal. Ate from set menu and was good value. Service was fine. Steak was cooked well and we both had the same.
Food was ok, but the service was really slow... we waited for a long time while the waiters and waitresses were chatting at the entrance. At the end, we didn't order dessert beacuse of this.
We had a very nice time - our party was a team of individuals and the food allowed us to maintain our attention and conversation
Service was very slow for an early lunch. It took 40 mins to place our order, 25 mins to place a drinks order, certain drinks were missed, table was not cleared after finishing. Simple customer service was missing.
arrived before open but was invited in to stay warm. staff were lovely as was the food. service was great. even surprised us with 2 glasses of bucks fizz as it was my husbands birthday.
This is my go-to restauran.t. I have visited Cote 4 times this year and each time the food has been very good. House white is great too. Nice atmosphere. My favourite.
Food was French classics, good quality for the price. Service was friendly and helpful but a bit slow, they did have several large parties in that evening.
Cold and impersonal, no matter how well the staff are trained. Every time we go the staff and management are different, no possibility to build up the sort of relationship that exists between a restaurant and its regular clients. Sad.
Loved our experience. The best Cote in London. Food was hot and delicious Staff were super friendly and warm Food was delicious (amazing steak!!) Will be back!
Very good time, and very good food. Would highly recommend to anyone. Particularly good was the French Onion Soup. An incredibly good starter. Staff very nice as well.
Food was of good quality and presentationally appealing, Service appeared very rushed and hurried, which spolit the ambiance. Price very reasonable in the quality restaurant.
We held our office Christmas lunch at Cote and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon! Some of the guests had problems with travel and client comitments so had to cancel at short notice, Marta was extremely accomodating and helped to ensure the restaurant kept track of who would be attending. Despite some cancellations being made at extremely short notice, staff were kind enough to not include their meal costs in our bill. Mael and Ludovic were our waiters and both took great care of all of the guests, making helpful wine suggestions and taking care of our every need! The atmosphere was fantastic, although louder than usual due to it being christmas party season! The food was absolutely exquisite, as I have found is always the case when visiting Cote! There is also a beautiful view across St Katherine Docks. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
Great restaurant, the staff are friendly, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is perfect! This is one of my favourite places to go for lunch!
The staff are brilliant and the food is excellent value. Congratulations to all the staff for all their hard work on what a very very Day.
Everything is generous all of my friends love it not only the view but also the service and the food which is friendly and tasty.
Great atmosphere and usual high quality food and service. I go to Cotes in lots of different venues and they always deliver the goods. Roll on the next visit !!
Rude staff. Argued when I sent back the eggs which were undercooked. Dirty tables. Completely unhappy with the service and they would not take money off the bill or even apologise.
Great food, excellent team. We thoroughly enjoyed our Xmas party there!
Good value for money with the early evening set menu. Lots of atmosphere. Food (friseé aux lardons, poulet chasseur, frozen berries) was very good. Will go again soon.
Risotto was very salty and uncooked, colleague and I had the same dish and couldn't eat. services was slow had to wait very long to pay for the bill.
Greeted very pleasantly on entry to the restaurant although we felt the waitress was waitress was a little unfriendly. Didn't like the large automatically added service charge which we adjusted. Food was gorgeous. Setting was beautiful. I thought it was a nice touch to have French staff serving seeing it was a French restaurant. Good overall experience, would definitely go back.
The food was amazing and the staff very polite and courteous. My sister thorougly enjoyed her birthday at Cote. We would definitely go back again
Excellent meal great service and a gluten free menu which was brilliant for our granddaughter will go again when we are in London highly recommended
very good meal. very busy (Christmas parties) but staff coped well and our party of 6 were well looked after. food good choice, very good location
Wonderful service, very friendly staff and well attended, Early Evening Menu is excellent value for money - superb location too overlooking St Katharine's Dock especially with all the Christmas lights!
Good service and lovely food as expected. I did book a table on line and received a confirmation. When we turned up it hadn’t registered on their system...be warned. Luckily, there was a table free.
Stunning setting overlooking the marina. Very attentive & efficient staff. Good atmosphere. Quick service. The usual high standards of food. Most enjoyable. Will certainly return.
The atmosphere, the service were great and the food was delicious! We were six people and we really enjoyed our visit. Definitely worth another visit.
Amazing special meal for my boyfriends birthday. Quick, attentive service and fabulous food - I let the restaurant know about the birthday and we were treated to two glasses of bubbly on arrival and a lovely dessert with a candle! Will definitely be returning - such a lovely meal and location.
The restaurant is in a lovely setting on St Katherine's Dock. We arrive slightly early, but that wasn't a problem. After we got drinks, which seemed to take a little while, service was very quick. We were asked by several staff about ordering and we had to say to them all we just wanted to have a glass of wine first before thinking about food. When we ordered, main course came up while we were still eating our starters. In fact, we'd barely taken a couple of mouthfuls. We had to send it back. Once we'd (almost) finished our starters they came and cleared our plates and wanted to serve main course again. I STILL had a mouthful and I still had another mouthful to go on my fork in my hand. Of course, the answer was NO! They eventually gave us about 10 mins which was good and the food was hot when it was bought out. We had a nice evening but it would have been nicer if the staff didn't want to get us out of the door in 45 mins flat. After all, they were not really busy and had spare tables while we were dining.
Food was great. Service was great. Felt rushed though. Food brought too quickly and felt rushed. Had to send courses back and tell them to slow down
Good came before the drinks, not all the food arrived, read wine was poured and after some cursory cleaning up of the table was left on my friends crab stater, the cassolet wasn't great and service was slow and a little surly at times, we had fun though
Partner ordered fish parmentier for the main course the prawns were hard and unfortunately the rest of it was full of bones which was a shame as the starters were nice would probably not go back
Service was slow and had to repeatly ask for the dessert menu and to order food. Been to a few Cotes and this was the worst one by far. Food was good though shame about the service.
Great food and although the restaurant was busy, the service was quick which is what is needed for a lunchtime. Bill was acceptable for what was involved.
Friendly and helpful staff, good food in a nice ambiance too. The view from our table overlooking the boats in the docks added to our enjoyment
Consistently decent food, efficiently served at a price that is sensible for London. The lunch menu is good value and changes each month - perfect for quick 'business lunches'. Above all they have proper cloth napkins - which in my book makes it superior to the other restaurants around the St K's Dock :-)
Very good. The food were delicius. also the menú oficina gluten free it good. The customers friendly and attentive. The view very pretty because you can see the lake
A nice restuarant quite when we got there, livened up a got a bit noisy later. The service. as we have come to expect in Cote was very good and quick. The food was up to the usual high standard. a very pleasant experiance
I am a regular of St. Katt's Cote. The food is consistently good and the staff charming. I booked for 7 ladies last Tuesday night. The restaurant was absolutely chocker block with some other groups and unfortunately it was hard to chat due to the noise level. I am not sure what they can do about it. The sign of a successful restaurant I suppose but for this reason I cannot give it full marks and might, depending on the occasion, look at other venues in future. The food was exceptionally well cooked bearing in mind how busy they were and the bill very reasonable.
Poor service - took 20 minutes to have cutlery and water laid, also only 3 other tables occupied in main area. Thankfully we don't live near St. Katherine's Dock so won't be going back. We reduced the tip because the overall service was sloppy - being handed dishes across the table instead of the convention - from behind left or right.
Food and wine was delicious. Staff friendly and efficient. Ambience great once several screaming toddlers had left !!!!! Shame on you parents. Please consider other diners and entertain them or leave.
We arrived early and were seated quickly. It was a mid week meal and the place filled up with groups before long. good food. good price. great location.
We had a very enjoyable evening the menu and food was delicious and the service and staff where excellent. I would most definitely recommend a visit.
