Fantastic location! Great customer service and food! I intend to come back and bring others with me. On a sunny day, sit outside! The site is incredible
Prices are ok with Respekt to Food Quality. There is a Good wine list. The Service is friendly and polite. Just the atmosphere is a little bit like in a railway station
very friendly staff, and because they knew it was our 25th Anniversary we got free champagne and all the staff congratulated us. only thing found it a long wait once given the menus to when someone come over for you to place your order or even order a drink
Great food, lively atmosphere, friendly staff. This branch keeps up the high standard of Cote we've experienced elsewhere. Hard to choose between so many favourites, must try something new one of these days!
Nice atmosphere in a cosy environment Friendly staff making you feel welcome combined with Cote's cuisine at reasonable prices. Will sure go back and a must visit for others.
As always great value meal at Cote- sourdough toast a bit burnt but otherwise good meal with great service - buzzy atmosphere but tables not too close together so able to chat to friends ok .
Food was fab. Ambience good and view over docks amazing. Service quite poor - slow and it wasn’t busy. Waitress was clueless with etiquette and quite clumsy.
The service was actually quite poor, waiters/waitresses were pleasant but were not very attentive. I had to ask for a knife, I had no plates to eat my bread from and also had to wait for a long time before I could order food.
Fantastic location - especially the decking over looking the dock. Food is always good at Cotes. The menu is varied and now includes a range of specials.
First class food and service. Visited the restaurant for our Silver Wedding Anniversary celebration, and the staff went out of their way to make our day very special.
Food really good. Service a bit manic as it was marathon day and they were panicking but it ended well and will definitely go back.
Usual good experience and good food but on this occasion too much salt was added to my main course. Not healthy and perhaps this should be flagged on the menu?
Food was reasonable but service very poor. Waited 90 minutes before any food arrived. No maitre d in charge and restaurant was understaffed, just not enough servers for a busy Friday night.
We both had a chicken meal, unfortunately with both the chicken was dry, either pre-cooked and reheated or cooked too long, disappointing. Service was good considering how busy it was albeit at little noisy.
Only downside after what was admittedly a busy day, London marathon, was a few dishes unavailable, otherwise top marks. Great value, good food and table on terrace.
Really very enjoyable experience. Staff were very attentive. Food was nicely presented. The Chablis tasted very different from my last cote Chablis and was less enjoyable. Waiter kindly brought the bottle to show me the bottle, and noted the year was a later year! Might have to order something else next time! Will definitely return, as I will to other Cote restaurants.
Great venue, excellent menu with tasty vegetarian options and friendly staff. Good outside space but recommend sitting under covered verandah that looks out across St Katherines Dock. Try the French Meteor beer.
The service was very slow twice waited 20 minutes for a beer and asked several times We had one of our company who was eating off the gluten free menu and was served prawns with curotones and to add insult to injury although it was changed we were still charged, had she of ate it she could have been very ill And then to cap it all 15% service charge was added, we did not pay it. This spoilt an otherwise nice lunch in a nice environment
The waiters need better training on which table they are serving food to, our food passed us about 3 times before they finally realised we were the table they were supposed to be serving. My friends burger came out burnt when we requested medium well, and it took forever for desserts to arrive. Apart from that the food was nice and the atmosphere was good on the terrace as well.
As always what can I say excellent service, great food, lovely ambiance another terrific Cote to eat at in Town.
Food was OK but let down by bad service. Waitress was rude and didn't listen when taking our orders even though they re-iterated 3 times. Long wait for food
Bobby was our waiter and extremely professional. Lovely setting, food was high standard and will go back. Would definitely recommend this as one of best places in area.
We received a warm welcome. The service was both efficient and friendly. The food arrived piping hot and was well presented. There was a good choice of dishes and the food was delicious. Well worth a visit!
The usual good quality food and friendly service that can be expected at Cote Restaurants. A very nice location in a vibrant part of the City.
Customer service was great. Food was served nice and hot. Had to use the toilet after I ate as my stomach took a turn for the worse!
Excellent value meals, pleasant surroundings – best in St Katharine docks and always very good service. By far the best place to go in the area all those things taken into account.
A bit too much noise. Would be better to have more space in between the tables so the private meeting could be really so.lovely food and wine.splendid desserts.
A great night out - lovely food and our waiter Bobby was excellent. I had mentioned online that it was my daughter's birthday and they remembered and gave a few surprises !
We had a super time at Cote St Katherine 's Dock. The Management are to be congratulated. The charming young lady in charge allocated us a great table, offered us her personal compliments on our celebration and ensured the night was a great success. The food was delicious all delivered by a friendly and efficient server. Many many thanks to everyone.
The service was good and quite quick. Me and my friend enjoyed or dinner. the minus for seize of the table, could be a bit bigger and too close others. will recommend to my friends.
Food and service was excellent however the noise levels were extremely uncomfortable and left with a raging headache. Also toilets were very clean and tidy.
Great service, wonderful atmosphere and excellent view of St Katherine's Dock. Experience spoilt slightly by undercooked vegetable sides. To give the restaurant it's due these items were removed from the bill without us having to ask. Would we go back again, absolutely, but perhaps we'd avoid the green beans.
Serviice a little slow but pleasant and the background noise made it a little difficult to chat but a good ambiance, polite staff and as always good quality food at a reasonable price. Good choice for a business lunch. I'll be back!
Best hollandaise sauce I've ever had and that's saying something as I'm a massive eggs royale fan! Service very good too, the only thing they couldn't fix was the rain
Good choice of food. Beers a bit limited. Staff friendly and efficient. Food well presented, hot and quantity about right for adults. A bit too much for young children in our group. Only slight issue was it was cold when the large doors to outside area were opened and we had to ask several times for them to be closed, as staff kept leaving them open when coming back inside. Looking forward to another meal ateCote.
I would have given it a 6 but was disappointed that the set menu was not available. Apart from that everything was first class with excellent service.
I use this Cote at lot as it is close to where I work. Excellent value for money staff are always helpful and friendly. A perfect location in London with lovely views.
We liked having a seat as requested by window and in quieter area. Food good. Tarte provencale starter possibly a bit oily for some( I liked it, but I do like a lot of olive oil), good flavour. Salad with sea bream was very good - liked the beans with it. Choc mousse is good, but something crunchy like a shortbread biscuit would complement it.
As we arrived a little early as it did get quite busy later on, the food did arrive a little quicker than would have liked and felt a little rushed but overall the only thing if being picky.
I use you a lot but Friday was not a good experience - the table we chose needed to be cleared and relaid which did not happen until we asked twice. Then we were served the wrong pudding after a long wait. One guest made it clear he could not eat potatoes and was assured his dish was potato free - it wasn't. You were busy and we were overlooked . The food was good as always otherwise
Very friendly service with fabulous food. We all had lovely meals and our Birthday girl was made a fuss of. Great atmosphere, looking out over the dock
We had table by the window with a great view - they allowed us to move to this table even though it wasn't set up for us. Food was lovely. Service was a little slow.
Friendly and attentive staff. My husband and I had a lovely evening with our friends and would definitely visit Cote at St Katharine’s Dock again.
The venue was well presented. The staff pleasant and helpful. The service was excellent and the food exquisite. A wonderful experience overall. Well worth trying.
Good food, super spot on the terrace. Good charcuterie, great chips and breton fish stew was very nice. great service upon entry, but varied as the meal went on, with several different staff waiting on us, to varying degrees of efficiency, service and charm, to the point where the latter became all but absent. btw, we’re not difficult people. we’re actually quite lovely. would recommend, but cheery chops needs to chill on the jitters.
Brilliant atmosphere, excellent service and a really good menu choice make this the perfect venue for quality dining at a reasonable price in thoroughly relaxed company.
Excellent food - I would have given full marks but for the difficulty in catching the waiter’s attention to order our desserts. The lunchtime menu is very good value.
Good value and the waiter was extremely helpful. Lovely venue, a little noisy but okay if you sit at the very front or very back of the restaurant.
Compared to previous experience with Cote at other locations this was not how expected. The service itself was content, but the food provided was not the way it should have been, if I compare it with past experiences. By the look of it the food was left under the hot counter for a while, as the top of the dishes were dried out, which made the whole experience a rather disappointing one. Also the atmosphere was ruined by a very loud table, I would have requested for a different table, but there was nowhere in the restaurant you could get away from the noise created.
Excellent food & service throughout, staff were very attentive and friendly. Nice location too, in the shadow of Tower Hotel. Food choices are also very good, recommended
