I love the beautiful location of this centrally located Cote - situated in the middle of St Katharine's Docks you would never guess that you're in the middle of buzzing London. The food is tasty and great value too. Not one to be missed!

The waiters seemed tense and the service was slightly chaotic despite not been busy. My side order came after the mains after I had reminded the waitress twice and our coffees came after the desserts.

The food and the waitress were both great - breton chicken particularly succulent today ! Although lovely, I felt the waitress was, though, trying to hard sell a bit and the chocolate sauce for the coupe noire was cold ,which has happensed before and defeats the point of the dessert but overall Cote as consistently good as ever.

Nice food but I think, in the cold light of day, that I was over charged. We had one prestige menu (19.95) and one early evening menu (14.95) and no alcohol, soft drinks or coffees; just the water provided. This comes to £34.90. I paid £42.92...and I left a small tip on the table. Even if some kind of service charge was added, or tip, an extra £8 seems far too high a percentage. I guess it's my fault for not checking the tab, but it is disappointing.

Food has gone really downhill. Tired, smelly prawns. Over cooked bourginion with hard beef and bacon. Won’t return but I feel sorry for the servers, who are excellent.

Excellent evening. Great service in a restaurant which was comfortably busy for a Friday night in December m, but but heaving. Staff were attentive enough but not intrusive, and appeared at the key time. Overall, very very good.

Great food and quick service. I was impressed with the whole experience and the outstanding Christmas menu. I'd just suggest removing the discretionary service fee as it's usually charged from 6+ groups and we were just 2 people dining

We went on a Sunday evening and it was very busy, so I'm glad we booked a table. The service was excellent, very attentive, but the food was average at best, I had the rib-eye steak and found it to be very gristly. All in all not bad, but for the price we paid I would expect better.

My go to place for gluten free French food from a huge menu with lots of choice. I can't fault it one bit. Love it! They even put 'gluten free' flags on my food.

Food was usual excellent quality and varied menu. Service was attentive and timely. Not ideal to be sat near the work station and constantly heat the politics of this branch, which staff were not pulling their weight, who was making mistakes... staff appeared quite fragmented which is unusual as other branches always seem seamless.

We booked for 1830 in order to be finished prior to a walking tour at 2000, starting at Tower Hill Tube Station. Great staff, great service, great food, great wine, and all at a great price. Timings were all perfect too.

An absolutely fantastic restaurant with the best possible customer service ever experienced. I booked a Sunday brunch for my family to celebrate my niece’s birthday. There were 7 of us in total. The date was 8th April at 11:30am. When booking the table online, I had mentioned that it was my niece’s birthday and asked if possible could we have a nice table overlooking the boats. Not only did they provide this (the table was perfect, very private with fantastic views over the marina), they also brought out an orange and champagne cocktail for us all on arrival (even noting my younger 9 year old great-niece to which they bought out a fresh orange juice), and they also provided a birthday dessert for my niece, complete with candle and happy birthday written in chocolate sauce. The cake was brought over by our waitress, the manager, and the restaurant host/ greeeter. What a truly lovely gesture. I did not request these specific things but just by mentioning we were celebrating a family birthday, they absolutely delivered. The service was first class. Our waitress, I believe she was called Maria, was one of the most friendliest, efficient, and nicest of waitresses I have ever come across. She made our visit special. She was patient and so attentive to our needs. She really does deserve recognition or some kind of employee reward. She was an absolutely star. When we left the restaurant, everyone thanked us and said goodbye. Everyone was so lovely. I cannot thank everyone enough for such an enjoyable time. The food was fantastic and the service exceeded all expectations. My family and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the very near future, and I certainly recommend to other family members and friends. Thanks again !! Best wishes, Miss J Phillips.

Great location beside the boats. Busy but not overly noisy inside and sitting on the veranda was lovely. Only been to this Cote a couple of times and again a lovely meal. Once again the Cote steak tartare is to be recommended.

Good service by a very polite member of staff. The food was served at good intervals considering the restaurant was very busy. One small issue with the linguine which needed a bit more sauce.

It was ok, pretty underwhelming. Food was just ok, service not that great and quite expensive for the quality. Even though the service was added we paid in cash and didn’t receive the change. Would rather spend slightly more and have a better experience in a non chain restaurant

we were given a very nice table overlooking St Katharine's Dock which we had requested. Good service and atmosphere. We were entertaining 2 American friends who enjoyed it.
