great place to enjoy yourself in a quieter part of busy Tower Bridge area. Food was great, just a long 1 hour wait as order got lost . Kind staff refunded the main course.

Service was a little slow at times and food was a little under seasoned. Overall a good lunch. Some small tweaks can make it great

First time at this branch of cote. Lovely setting and sat on terrace overlooking the Marina. Perfect for a summer evening. Great food and service as always.

Been here a few times and always have great food and like the friendly service you get. The set menu and the prestige menu are good value for money. The Côte at St Katherine Docks is particularly nice because of the views and outside dining areas.

Food and setting great, but was extremely busy and needed more staff. Despite being very pressured, the waitress still managed to smile and apologised to people for the delay in coming to them and it was good to see the server helping her out by clearing tables and actually giving people their food rather than waiting for her to do it.

Lovely venue, polite service and really good value food. We have dined here on many occasions and have always come away feeling fully satisfied with our experience.

We have eaten there before and always found the service a little slow, but the food has been good and we like the menu. On this occasion we checked in, found our own table, as requested by the gentlemen and sat down. After 15 minutes and no waiter looking in our direction we gave up and left.

We are new to the area and wanted to find places close to us that we could put on our short list for going out to eat. We booked a table on line, and when we got there we were seated with a choice of tables. The waiter came to the table to ask what we wanted to drink, while giving us the menu's. We ordered sparkling water to start as we always do, he asked if we wanted anything else to drink or a starter, we said no. He came back with the water, we ordered a bottle of wine and again he asked about the starter. We said no. He came back with the wine, pour half a tasting glass for my husband and set the bottle down, and then took our order. That was literally the last time he came to the table. 30 minutes later we asked about our food, the woman lighting candles at the next table said she would check it out. She came back 1 minute later, stating the food would be right out. Not even 30 seconds later, a waiter came out with the food. Coincidental, not really. The food clearly sat under a heat lamp for at least 10 minutes. It was dried out. My husband and I both got fish. Did anyone ask us if we wanted more wine? how the meal was? If we wanted desert? No once did anyone come to the table, we had to flag someone down for the check. My husband had the staff member take off the service charge as we had no service at all. I had been to Cote a few years ago for breakfast and thought it was really good. There are so many other restaurants around the Tower Bridge area, that Cote won't be missed at all. Will I be back, very very very unlikely. Will I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Never!

Lovely location, food well prepared and very reasonably priced. Very relaxing, service not rushed. Would definitely go again. Complimentary cocktails were a lovely bonus! Would recommend

We had a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning sun. On the terrace, it seems like it gets the sun for most of the day. Côte food is good for a chain and there is a good deal on the breakfast menu, which includes cooked breakfast, juice and a hot drink.

I have been to about 20 different 'Cotes' and have always received excellent food and service. We went on Sunday at 6pm to St. Katherine's Dock when it was quiet because of the world cup activities in the pubs. The service as usual was excellent but there was an issue with the food however, the manageress was very attentive and understanding and we received an acceptable reduction to the bill. Notwithstanding this we had a very enjoyable meal in a superb location. It was the first time we had been able to eat outdoors at a Cote. Well done.

Attentive service, good eye for detail and competent, sensibly priced dishes. Add that to one of the best views in London and you have a winner.

While the wait was long for the food and the "chicken and walnut salad without the chicken" was actually served with not a walnut in sight, the waiter made up for it all :)

I ordered steak frite. The steak was larger than I expected (or really wanted) but it was also very tough. A smaller more tender steak would have been much better. Otherwise service and value were both good.

We had a lovely evening in cote in St Kathreens Dock. We were a group of 9 girls and everyone thought the food was lovely and price was very reasonable. Wine also was very good. The staff were lovely, and very friendly.

Sat outside on a red hot summer evening and the service was very attentive. Food was served on time and absolutely no complaints about the quality. Desert menu is good and the wine suggested was perfect.

Deplorable service. Manager was super rude and the food was barely just okay. Very disappointed of this place which treats people well if they are coming as a business and very badly if they look like tourists!

We regularly visit Cote Brasserie St Katharine's Docks for a team lunch and it never disappoints the foold is always excellent and the lunch deals excellent value.

Lovely evening got a seat outside and was not rushed at all had very enjoyable experience with free bottle of wine as well! Will definitely return soon.

Food excellent, service rather hit and miss. On three occasions we needed to chase up bread, wine, water etc., and on each occasion was told by three different, apologetic members of staff it was their first day!? This followed up initial poor response from Javier via email when booking a table. Took several days to answer my initial email and then no response to a subsequent email. Appreciate a table for 5 is "difficult" when the larger tables are only really for 4, but was shown to a table by a "manager" and told the 5th person would just need to sit at the end. We asked waiting staff to be moved and they were great, moving us to a table for 4 and pushing a small table for 2 to the side. Why could not the manager have done that? TripAdvisor says great food, average service quite regularly and our experience was no different.

A very pleasant Father's Day Lunch with the family, including our young granddaughter. The food and service were extremely good and there was an excellent menu choice.

A much quieter restaurant than other Cotes but did eat early as pre-theatre. Service was good and food very enjoyable.

It's a (French) formula and one that is constant and works well. This is the third Cote branch we have eaten in this year and the quality of the food, the presentation of it and the charming efficiency of the people are always of a high, professional standard. The prices are approachable so one also feels one is getting good value for money.

Very good food and drink at a reasonable price, provided by appropriately attentive staff, who took after the needs of my mother, who has severe rheumatism and arthritis.
