I had the most lovely dinner at Cote St Katharine Docks for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special - from making sure I had a table with a fantastic view, to singing Happy Birthday to me. The food was absolutely delicious, as was the wine. I would like to thank the staff for making my birthday so special.

Food was good. Service extremely slow. Food came at a decent time but there was no one to check on us water refills took so long!

Hi! We had a lovely team lunch at Cotes, the staff were very attentive and service was quick. My only criticism was that some of the dishes could have done with an automatically included side of chips/mash, for example the sea bream, and the chicken escalope. Other than that, all good. Service and atmosphere were amazing. It was really busy today but we got a nice table outside. Thank you for the delicious Rose Martini aperitif. Didn’t have to wait long for food or drink which was great. We were really disappointed that Breton Fish Stew has disappeared from the menu. Please please bring it back or some saucy fish dish. I had the duck which was a little bit undercooked. I like it pink but it was a bit raw in places. Delicious food though from starters to the wonderful chocolate mousse. The waiter and the lady who showed us to the table were both exceptionally lovely and efficient.

Excellent meal- service exceptional- waiter was Nacer. Very friendly attentive all one could ask for. Made our wedding anniversary meal a very enjoyable experience.

There is a very nice ambience in the restaurant, the service is excellent and the food good value. We ate from the lunchtime / pre 7pm menu. If I could make a couple of small suggestions, 2 of us had the sardines to start and they were a bit overdone and hence a little tough. We both thought that it was a bit of a waste of your time to fillet them and they would have been easier to cook without filleting. I had the breaded chicken, which was excellent but I would have appreciated a little more of the very tasty tomato sauce served with them. Two of our party had the sea bream and both said it was excellent and perfectly cooked. Your house white wine - the Lagarde - is also very nice.

The service was good, but the main course was disappointing. Our steaks were not cooked to our liking and so spoilt what was otherwise a good night.

Service location excellent staff went above and beyond on service. Food could have been better. Cold plate oil made haddock goujons and fries weird taste.

Excellent, courteous waiter helped ensure this meal was enjoyed fully.

Not a good experience. Your cote de boeuf to share with two people was very disappointing . We did complained and were offered another one but it was too late and we were tired. I have had this in your Sloane Square branch and it was big and succulent which this one wasn’t! I very much doubt if it was the weight you advertise and certainly not the quality. Your tomatoes in the salad were watery and quite tasteless. Your staff was attentive and polite as always

One of the best “chain” restaurants and the Cote at St. Katherine’s dock was exceptional. Food excellent, service brilliant - loved our Greek waitress (we were all wrong, she wasn’t Spanish!) all on a very busy Sunday. Thoroughly recommend.

It was a meal with friends and family from America, my guests were very pleased with the food and services.

A lovely birthday celebration meal on the terrace! Gluten free options readily available and absolutely delicious. Good service, excellent presentation and nothing too much trouble. Free birthday desserts and coffees too! Highly recommended.

A lovely venue and as always reliable good food. The Tomato starter was delicious and trout perfectly cooked. Only point I would make is the sauce was over the fish skin . I had to remove it to remove the skin . I would have preferred the fish the other way up and the sauce over the fish itself .

The manager gave us a lovely welcome and took us straight to a great table which I had requested. She knew we were having the complementary cocktail without us having to ask and it was brought to us quickly. Service was warm and friendly and the food their usual high standard. This is my favourite Cote, I would highly recommend it.
