We had a very nice lunch. Food was tasty and good size portions. Service was prompt and helpful. I was pleased we returned to Cote for our team lunch.

Fantastic food and service!! Plenty of choice and the wine was lovely too. Will definitely return again soon. Highly recommended for a yummy meal out and a nice fun atmosphere.

Good atmosphere. Excellent service. Food good value. Portion seemed a little smaller than I remembered. The fondant desert wasn't quite as yummy as I anticipated.

The restaurant was too cold until we asked for the heating to be turned on but food and service were excellent as always thank you

Really nice food and good service. The only down side is the 12.5% service charge is added on to your bill without the option of just leaving a tip. I know that you have the option not to pay it but that should be your choice.

Very good speedy service and very considerate staff. Would recommend the restaurant. Very good and comprehensive menu to choose from also you only serve the cheese with bread and not crackers.

As always, food and service were excellent. Although restaurant was very busy, the staff remained calm, friendly and efficient. The lunch was spoiled by a very very loud customer two tables away who simply broadsated her conversation to the entire restaurant. Nothing much the staff could do about it unfortunately and she was oblivious.

We had amazing food, the service was great and the staff were very helpful , one of my favourite restaurants. Will be back again soon.

Always a good menu and friendly service. Only downside was the number of large parties - but it is Christmas. Bah humbug etc etc etc

We ate a la carte here on Wednesday evening. The food was nice but the menu was limited if you wanted something vegetarian. The service left a lot to be desired.

Ordered set lunch. Mostly OK but green beans raw. Asked for replacements longer cooked, served more raw ones. Waiter surly and rude because we’d raised the issue. Won’t be going back.

A busy Thursday evening just before Christmas with lots of large groups celebrating. In other restaurants a couple can be ignored, but Cote looked after us like we were the on ones there! The food was superb as usual, and the atmosphere lovely!

My friend and I took the lunch Christmas menu at £22.95 for three courses. There was no Mousse de Canard left so we both took the Warm Roquefort Salad which was delicious. The 'Breton' Chicken Supreme was enjoyed but the Pan Roasted Salmon was slightly undercooked and tasteless. The Tarte au Citron was lovely but the Pain Perdu was still frozen in the centre. This was brought to the attention of the waitress but was not dealt with satisfactorily. Hopefully I will consider the experience better when I eat there again next week.

I had a nice meal with a friend at Còte Saturday night. The starters of prawns was lovely and my main was duck which we both really enjoyed. The prosecco was warm and lots was spilt on the floor when opened which wasn't the waitresses fault but another bottle was not offered. I would return again to cote

Lovely food and service but very cold as air con on and next door so I had to keep getting up to close curtain, friend sat with her coat on most of the evening

3 of us visited -As usual good food good service,nowt to complain about despite a freezing cold evening and an almost deserted venue the staff seemed happy and animated

The 3 of us had a very pleasant evening with an excellent waitress and an interesting and enjoyable menu. We appreciated that we were allowed to stay at our table as long as we wanted too without any one attempting to move us on!

Had the special (Cote de beouf) and it was brilliant, especially for the price. Good food and service as always.

Service and food were both excellent. There were nine of us and everything came on time. Food was delicious and service attentive - can't fault it!

Another Côte and another great meal! I had the Breton Fish Stew for main, tasty dish and a very generous portion. The place was packed and the service as good as usual.

Very good service and as always good food. We had a toddler as well as four adults and were seated with consideration of that in terms of space

The staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice on menu and drinks choices. The food was good. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the atmosphere really relaxed. We had a wonderful evening. My husband would like Cote to consider cask beer as he had to buy 2 bottles and put them in a big glass.

Pleasant table in the garden - although the seats were not clean. Food was good, not too noisy and staff very attentive - overall we enjoyed our visit

Unusually the table wasn't clean and there were crumbs on the seats - but this was quickly dealt with when we pointed it out - although the crumbs were just brushed onto the floor. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Our Table was available for O’Dwyer even though we arrived 15 minutes early. The Service was attentive and the food was well presented and tasty.

Very good food with nice range of food options. Attentive staff and lovely atmosphere. We come here often for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend it to all.

As always, food great, service good.? A tad annoying they add 12.5% gratuity automatically. Only the echoing noise levels that sometimes make it difficult to hear! Would recommend and will of course go again.

Although the service was charming, the food was disappointing. Leeks in the halibut special were undercooked and the pork belly main was poor, almost half of the portion was unrendered fat making it inedible.i don’t think the chef should have sent it out. When we commented on the food we were offered a free dessert or coffee and when this was declined the pork was removed from the bill which was good.

We had a lovely meal and found the service to be excellent. The fish parmentier was particularly good. We found it to be good value for money also.

Both food and service were very good. It was however rather noisy because of the early Xmas celebrations, larger tables and nothing to absorb the escalating sound.

Great setting, great food and value for money. The rib eye steak was amazing. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is polite and friendly.

The beef bourguignon was excellent followed by the cheese - yummy. No background music so overall a good experience. Staff attentive and the restaurant was clean.

As always good service and lovely food and at a reasonable price. I don't think i need to say more for the points 25 words is too much and not necessary Maybe you should change the criteria for getting the points

Great meal - service as always very good and nothing is too much trouble. Meeting friends at Cote is a pleasure as you are never hurried to finish your meal and leave and therefore can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The Wine is a very reasonable price and good quality. I cannot fault the dining experience.

Food and service fine. However being sat adjacent to drinks, coffee & tea preparation area, there was a constant crashing and bashing of cups, saucers, glasses being stacked and cutlery being dropped noisily into drawers. Not the best dining experience

All staff I dealt with were helpful and smiley which goes a long way. Bit noisy as large party near us but without adding carpets and curtains to the restaurant not much you can do about that.
