Always a pleasure to dine at Côte St Albans the food is always great and the staff superb

Great friendly service and a nice atmosphere on a Friday evening. Food was very tasty and well presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will be back soon.

Comfortable, good service, nice food. Unfortunately the specials had run out, but they gave us free drinks to compensate us for our disappointment. Overall a pleasant experience.

Always good service with a smile. I have never had a bad meal and have tried most of the menu at one time or another.

Very welcoming greeting at front of house, seated quickly and water/drinks quickly followed. Perhaps too many choices of menus now - why are there 2 set menus? Food good and pleasant atmosphere.

Met there with a friend for brunch. It was fairly quiet so we were able to enjoy a great catch up. The food was lovely and the service very attentive

We arrived early at the restaurant but they willingly found a table for us. The service and quality of food were all excellent. Going again tomorrow!

We went to the Cote last night and had another lovely meal with a complimentary Kir Royale as we were going to the Alban Arena afterwards.

The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Food is outstanding will be back real soon so easy to book with the app fast and reliable

I'm a big fan of Cote. Whichever branch you go to, you're assured of a warm, welcoming and buzzy atmosphere. The food is tasty and prices are reasonable value for money. The only reason I haven't given the restaurant a 6 is I think you could do with more vegetarian options on the menu. When you visit as regularly as I do, it can get a little repetitive alternating between the two main courses (that don't have goats cheese) or salad. However, I love your French onion soup and always choose it without fail. I can highly recommend Cote and the St Albans branch in particular. We always have a good time.

We regularly visit this Côte restaurant and again they gave us a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the wine first class and a very reasonable price. The seasonal specials are an excellent idea as there is always something new to try.

Good value set menu but house wine expensive once they have added 12.5% service charge. I would prefer menu prices to show this or for service to be optional

Very friendly welcome and although the restaurant was every quite the atmosphere was still good - we ordered from the a la carte menu and food was great. I am always confused at the "complimentary water" that they make a big point of, surely it's just tap water????? Great food, service but noticed some prices are creeping up!

It was a family meal and the service and food was very good. They were busy with a few small parties in But were attended too very well. Staff very happy and the food hot and tasty

Very friendly staff with good service. I had the fish stew in other Côté branches before but somehow this one tasted extremely good. Highly recommend!

The service was great and the food was good. It was easy to get there and we could just park at the maltings and walk from there.

Good food, nice environment and friendly attentive staff. Only negative was it took a while to make payment after requesting bill which, when you need to get back to the office after a leisurely “working” lunch, could prove annoying to some...

Nothing changes thank goodness ...this is a great place to eat..food excellent...service excellent...staff friendly and helpful. I love this place...always take family and friends here.

As always, congenial atmosphere, excellent food, good variety, friendly service, can’t fault it. Cote is our go to place for family get-together and never fails.

No complaints at all. Good ambience, service, food and all. Had the roast duck breast slices with berries, gratin potatoes and spinach. Lovely presentation and wonderful taste. Highly recommend - £ 14.95.

Have been a few times now and there is always a good atmosphere . The food is always tasty and the service is excellent. Always a lot of choice on the menu.

Pleasant staff which made things nice and relaxing. Great food, comfortable surroundings which appear to be fresh and very clean. Will visit again very soon and would recommend to friends as a place to eat whilst visiting St Albans.

Food was delicious. Staff service and friendliness was very good, and efficient. Nothing seemed to be a problem . Will happily return to that restaurant .

Saturday lunch with mum. I had the fish stew and mum had the Goujons of sole. The food was delicious and the service and setting very good. Really recommend this Côte.

Great meal as usual with Cote in St Albans. I like the new Prestige menu for set lunch. The service was also very friendly and helpful.

Lovely atmosphere, attentive, fun and engaging staff. Delicious food and everything right first time. We booked late but had a great table and excellent evening.

Value for money with good quality food. The menu was a bit sparce compared to other restaurants for the same price. Good service but the restaurent got very noisy when full and it was difficult to have a conversation with my guests.
