Very disappointed with customer service today. Not up to its usual standard at all.

The food was delicious and lovely staff but as this was a treat for my granddaughter I had to keep asking her to repeat herself as the noise of other diners was unbelievable

The service was not good on the evening 3 friends and I visited. It seems they had taken too many bookings for the number of staff on duty. They ran out of 2 or 3 of the dishes on the menu. We were rushed to get to the theatre for 7.30 even though we had booked the table for 5 pm to avoid just this issue. The food was good but very small portions on the fixed price menu.

Lovely meal with my friend for her 50th birthday at Cote in Solihull. The food was wonderful and the staff were warm and friendly and really helpful. We have a lovely evening.

My daughter was gluten free they were really careful, and there was a good selection of food on the menu. We would definitely go back.

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff came promptly to take order and we did not have to wait too long for service. Choice of main menu and gluten free content very good. Thoroughly enjoyed meal and will definitely recommend restaurant to friends and family.

Lovely food with something different to other restaurants. Servers are very pleasant and friendly without being obtrusive. It’s great that dietary requirements are really noticed and the appropriate menu handed out on arrival. Definitely be back again and friends I’ve taken there are also going back again.

A lively evening with some large tables all having a good time, but the noise level can be quite high. We had a table by the window which was wide open and so helped. However, the service and food was very good and we enjoyed the meal.

Waited ages to be asked if we wanted anything to drink even though the staff were just wandering around talking to each other and not particularly doing anything as there was not many in the restaurant. My starter of tart was very poor with little taste. My wife’s soup was nice and her main of pork belly was also nice. I had the Lobster for my main as it was a treat for my birthday. I paid extra for triple cooked chips. The lobster was very small but tasted ok. The chips which came in their own pot were however swimming in oil. When I tipped the chips onto my plate lots of oil came out of the chip pot. I then looked into the pot to find about an inch of oil still in the bottom with the few chips left floating in it. I called the waiter over and showed him. He didn’t say anything but took the pot away. Some minutes later he returned and said the chef was cooking me some more chips. By this time I had eaten what little of the lobster I had so told him to forget the chips. Overall a very disappointing birthday meal. The manager did ask about our experience and after we explained he did not charge for our drinks. One coffee and one small bottle of beer. Not the birthday celebration my wife had planned for me and hoped for when she booked the table.

All round lovely place with a fantastic menu, great staff and service. Would highly recommend!

Lovely food but mix up with the orders for mains and deserts resulting in a delayed service, which was disappointing and very unlike Cote.

Good value with the weekly special offer of 2 courses for £14.95. Unfortunately, couldn't stay for coffee as waiting a while and had to ask for dessert menu and we would've been late for theatre. (Delay not due to over busy restaurant.) Still a very enjoyable evening. Thank you!

Staff were welcoming, polite and efficient. The monk fish meal was delicious!! The premises were very clean.

particularly good and helpful service with 2 small grandchildren in tow. All diners enjoyed their respective and varied courses. Beet starter is what it is so matter of choice. Best thing was creme brulee.

The food was a triumph, the attention we had from a server was efficient, polite, and attentive. This is my second time here this week. It's become my go to for delicious food service and ambiance.
