It was busy and sometimes we had to wait for our waiter to return to the table! Otherwise we were very happy! It was a great location!

Lovely evening. One or two issues which were dealt with quickly, but food service was very slow. We've been there a lot and it's always busy, but there's not normally such a long wait for food.

Excellent food as usual for the Cotes. We had the March Pre theatre menu and can recommend the Pork Loin & Celeriac starter and Roast Cod. Creme Caramel dessert perfect! Staff very welcoming and friendly and efficient service meant we were in good time for our theatre visit.

Good food, good service, good price, enjoy meeting our friends here at cote London Bridge, generally a good atmosphere, surprisingly a little quiet on this visit but still had a good time, never rushed here which is great for a London restaurant!!!!

Most staff were barely able to communicate with me and my companion, even about the simplest matters concerning the food because of their poor English. Staff really should be familiar with the menu and the types of vocabulary that might come up when waiting tables. There were endless confusions and misunderstandings, which became wearing after a while. One pat of butter is not enough for four large pieces of bread, and bringing just one more when requested for more is also not enough. It took absolutely ages to get the bill despite us asking for it when we ordered coffee as we were in a rush. And then, once it had come, it was ages before anyone came to take payment.

The service and the meal were excellent. The only problem we had was that the acoustics were such that we couldnt hear each other and we were old friends catching up after years. So I dont think I would go again in even a small group. Also it was very warm. But having said that we are regulars at Cote and will carry on being so!

We were so happy with the location of our table, the lovely touches and the timing of our meal. Our server was attentive and was good to check with us about the timing of our special meal. We love cote brasserie and are so happy we chose this location for our Anniversary!

Good food and nice ambience. The time between finishing the main course and having the desert and getting the bill could be improved. You could re-use the table more efficiently.

The only drawback was the table we were allocated initially was VERY close to other tables and effectively in the main very ‘busy’ corridor. It was difficult to hear one another and VERY hot but when I asked if we could relocate to a table on the side the manageress earmarked an alternative one by the window for our use as soon as the occupants left. Thereafter everything was excellent!

I often go to Cote. I was going to the matinee at the Bridge Theatre and the Cote in Hays Galleria seemed an ideal location. That's why I booked it for two of us. But why no set lunch menu in this Cote??? Only served apparently between 3 and 7 pm! Very disappointed.

Not a good meal. Food was nice except sirloin steak was more than 1/3 fat. Complained and replacement was the same. Some food arrived at wrong time, and service not friendly. Thankfully steak removed from bill, but that and service dominated the meal.

This is my local "go-to" Cote restaurant. It's a reliable staple for family get togethers and relaxing dining with friends, and I'll often hop along at the weekends for a "Complet" breakfast as a good value indulgence. The menu has a good selection and the prices are spot on great value. Service is dependable not intrusive, and everyone is always very amenable and helpful. The house champagne is great value and I now tend to always order it. The monthly mailings with aperitif offers are amazing - I love taking advantage of them and my family have always loved the little treat "on me" when I've been able to time the offer for a family get together. We've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and births on the back of them!

Always a pleasure at Cote. The duck breast and potato gratin are unbeatable and their praline crepe is a triumph. I'd recommend a few more outdoor heaters.

The food as always was great. Cote abrasserie is a regular choice for us as my mother and I are both coeliac. However we found the service surprisingly poor for what we have come to expect from cote. We found our server lazy at times and often had to call for someone’s attention. This was a real shame

Brilliant food, good and quick service, the only gripe would be the table for 2 was situated in the middle of the resturant with service staff and customers walking past regularly. This did not however cause a detrimental affect on the evening. Great dining spot

Absolutely fantastic - a lovely meal in a great restaurant! Being a ceoliac I can always rely on Cote! The staff were attentive and couldn't do more for us. As I'm part of the mailing list I booked the table after being offered a free bottle of wine and marked one guest was gluten free as soon as we arrived they asked us which bottle we wanted and immediately got out a gluten free menu without even having to ask!
